I thought I must say something because Isabel helped me at least 3 times and all these times she had provided me the right responses to all my questions and help that I needed most. She even went out of her way to help me figure out the tracker in my car. That is to me unusual gesture by other staff. Isabel did it. She is respectful, confident, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Isabel you’re the best.

As a former State Farm employee, I can confidently say that your employee; Saiki, is one of the most talented individuals I've ever had a chance to work with. Her background as a Japanese/Korean American, allows her to work with numerous people with varying backgrounds. On top of being trilingual, She's also very kind and easy to work with. 5/5 across the board!!!
