“I’ve taken my Honda RDX in 3 times for brake rotors, pads, oil and filter, a/c maintenance, 30k maintenance and most recently a battery replacement. When an Exxon mechanic told me I needed a brake job Mr. Kim said that wasn’t correct, and consequently, I was able to put it off for more than a year. This shop is not near me, but I went on a recommendation. Mr. Kim is always fair, reasonable and with great customer service. When my battery died recently, I went straight to his shop after jumping it. He said it would be a couple of hours because staff was at lunch. I said that’s ok, I can wait. Instead, he decided to take care of the battery install himself because he didn’t want me to wait. I highly recommend this shop.”

I called around 1:20 on a Saturday (this was the 4th place I had called in the area), and they were able to take me right away. What’s even better is that my car was ready within the hour! Very happy. PS - they are located around back, next to the DMV auto group. Just walk into the garage, no office.”

The mechanics are great, costs are generally less than elsewhere, and the staff are easy to deal with and pleasant. “Rockstar service, this is my new go-to shop. My window motor/switch had been acting funny, so I’d already planned to replace both, bust sure enough, it went kaput the day before a big rainstorm while the window was down 4”. Having just moved to the area, I wasn’t familiar with any of the auto shops so I picked the nearest one. I came in about 30 min before close so they had every right to turn me away, but instead they were willing to fix it for me and charge a very fair price (no markup for last minute / emergency service).
