we put our best people in this store! reviews you were reading were from the past owner of this business, our company the vault jewelry and loan have been around for over 30 years!! that's saying a lot nowadays, you may have seen our shops over the years on the news buying candle sticks that were from George Washington to past redskins super bowl rings! we have been paying the most for gold and silver over this time period from the lows in the early 90's to the gold spike in the 2000's we show the customers what gold and silver is going for that day and how we came to a price it makes a difference in how you feel about selling to us we want you to know your getting the top money you can that day!

The asking prices are too high for a Pawn Shop . In some cases more than retail. As they say, there are not BestBuy. Thus, give better deals and not worst deals than a retail store like BestBuy.
