Get another moving company to move your items! I utilized Antonio Green’s The Moving Guides services on 09/25/2023. I can’t express how unprofessional and destructive this move was for me. I was quoted one price and charged way more. Only for my items to be destroyed during “packing” & transport.The movers showed up unprepared, agitated and shocked they showed up to a job and was expected to “pack”, load and move. Which, caused confusion and a disconnect. Following that exchange I provide clarity of what the expectation were for the day. The movers took the day, literally, to pack a two bedroom, 2 bath, dining, living room apartment. The move was incomplete and they showed up around 08:00 PM, to the my new home to unload. Only to report the apartment still had item in it. I paid in full the amount due. The next day I had to pay for another truck and four hours to complete the move.As I’m unpacking, all my items are broken. Dishes, table candles, antique glass chess board, pictures. I mean these items are destroyed!!! I would have expected one or two boxes. But box after box after box. Hell NO!!!Please save your time, communication, & MONEY. Higher professionals, it will be worth not having damaged property and no headache. I paid The Moving Guides to break my stuff it feels like. The Moving Guides is not it. If you sense a tone or anger. Yes, I’m pissed and I want to warn you. Don’t do it, I took a big enough financial hit and received destroyed personal items for myself and you.Take heed, get someone one else to do your move!!! Mark, even had the nerve to tell me broken items are apart of the moving process. What??? No the hell it’s not, if I hire movers, I expect for them to pack and transport my items as safely as possible, not just break them just cause. Antonio, Marcus “Mark”, Trey & Tim y’all should be ashamed. Trey, thanks for trying.

Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !

Wow! Friendliest UPS store I have ever been to. They had plenty of staff and there was no wait. Only issue is the parking lot can be frustrating if it is super busy, luckily they have a few reserved for ten minutes parking right up front!

Wonderful group of folks - we had a lot of hiccups with our truck and such, and they were super nice about it and flexible. They packed the truck beautifully and efficiently, and everything made it safe and sound. Thanks so much!!!

Why would someone Yelp a UpS store? Because this place is amazing. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and efficient. In the past, Dina helped me. Newer staff quickly teach me how to do Amazon returns, Usps labels, etc. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and don't judge that I'm clueless. That's why I only go here for all my shipping needs!!

I had a last-minute need for a couple of movers to help me load a trailer from my storage unit. The Moving Guides provided two movers (with less than 24-hours notice) and they loaded my trailer up in less than an hour.They were on-time, efficient and pleasant to work with.Thank you for the quick response and helping me out of a potential jam!

Movers were 45 minutes late to our loading dock time. The movers were on their phones calling and texting throughout the move, taking breaks to sit on the floor, and complain about each other in front of us during our 2 hour move. They were unable to finish the job in the quoted time and then charged us for the difference. Once we arrived at our final destination we discovered that one of our TVs was cracked and several of our $1700 chairs were packed without the provided moved blankets and were scratched. THESE MOVERS WERE THE WORST WE'VE USED IN DC AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I've never shipped anything myself here, only used them to drop off some items I'm returning. They've always been friendly and handled the transactions without much of a wait. There has always been plenty of parking here on the weekends so I've never had a problem. I don't ususally come here since a competitor is closer to my house but I'd come here if I needed anything and I think they can get it done without much stress or hassle.

Do NOT go to this location. This store has taken a serious nose dive (as many other reviews note). AVOID There's a UPS store in Seven Corners that's much better.

This was the BEST move we’ve ever had because of this team. I would absolutely rehire these guys. Tony was kind and easy to work with and we can’t say enough good things about Darius, Jordan, and Andre. These guys were professional, fast, courteous, and careful with out things. We 100% recommended Moving Guides and look forward to the working with them again in the future.
