Not good with scheduling. Even though u make an appointment 1-2 month ahead they still make you wait for hours. They really don't care abt any patients time. It's really hard for pregnant woman to be sitting and waiting for this long. So disappointing

This testing center doesn’t know how to manage the schedule at all. Every time I have been here they made me wait 45+ minutes. It is so inconsiderate of pregnant women and your patients time.I never had good experience at this place, they obviously don’t care at all about their patients.

I just want to say Greg at the antenatal center in Fairfax was so wonderful. He was caring, he did everything he can to make us comfortable and had a pleasant visit. He did a great job working with us when the baby was in the wrong position to do ultrasound measurements, but he was very patient and just a very pleasant and good human to be around. I am so glad I had a chance to meet him.

Greg is hands down the best sonographer. Very skilled, precise, friendly, professional, you name it! I have a high risk pregnancy and have requested to have him do all my ultrasounds. The MFM doctors are also incredible. Dr. Gomez, Dr. Nakad, and Dr. Obi are excellent. Highly trust them and value their opinions. Not to mention they have unparalleled bedside manners. They truly care for you and your baby’s wellbeing and health. I am so grateful for my amazing team at INOVA Fairfax.

This place is fantastic!!! I saw Greg for the majority of my ultrasounds. He is extremely knowledgable, funny and makes the whole thing a great experience. The doctors and NP who I saw during the many different visits were all helpful in answering the many questions my husband and I had. I highly recommend going here if you have the option!

I've had a very good experience here. Scheduling is pretty simple and easy and the front staff have always been pleasant. The ultrasound techs are okay and vary by person. And yes wait times are variable, sometimes waiting 20 minutes to an hour. My main reason for giving 5 stars is Dr. Shah. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I knew I'd be high risk again but things were progressing in a negative way rapidly. Dr. Shah is delicate in how he deliver bad news, he pauses and allows you to ask as many questions as possible and doesn't rush when you have big emotions to the news. He is detailed and spent lots of time talking to my primary OB who was with me in the last pregnancy. You can tell he actually cares and he doesn't just wait for things to get worse, he actually works hard to save your pregnancy and baby. I have seen a few other doctors here and they seemed good also. But by far, Dr. Shah has definitely made a positive impact on me. In my previous pregnancy, I had horrible MFM care at INOVA Alexandria so honestly the longer wait times here are far worth the better doctors here at Inova fairfax.

I will admit that when I read all the negative reviews about this center, I was nervous about my upcoming appointment. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The staff was polite and professional, I had minimal wait time, the ultrasound technician was thorough, and I never felt rushed when I had my sit-down conversation with the doctor. He listened and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I have another appointment with them in another month and I hope that appointment will go as well as the first one.

I don’t understand why so many negative reviews… It’s really nice and friendly place to go to! Girls are very professional and understanding. It was my second time today with Nana Stolpe and I love her! Easy going and explains everything with patience. Also Glenda is really nice at the front desk.

I was very worried about the negative reviews for this location but I must say I didn’t experience anything others have mentioned. We were the first appointment of the day so maybe that helped but the front office woman I worked with (Glenda) was lovely and efficient. The technician was very professional and the doctor gave thoughtful feedback and answered our questions well. I normally go to the facilities in Loudoun but this was a very good experience and I would go back.

Every time is a bad experience, wait time over an hour, front desk is rude and incompetent. Makes me wonder if INOVA leadership even cares about the situation at the Antenatal testing? Most reviews are negative.

Horrible place. The rescheduling is almost impossible. They offered me the next available window in 1 months! Which can’t be true. They have many more available options, but just want to scam you. When I came for the appointment, the tech seemed not to know what to do with me. And when I told her, she didn’t seem to understand. She was pushing my belly very strong and I felt unwell all the day after. The doctor at the appointment was very unprofessional as well. He first said that the baby was ok. Then asked if we did a test for Down syndrome. Come on! If you look at the ultra sound, you can see if the baby has this syndrome or not. So unprofessional! Plus, the pictures of the baby that the tech made were absolutely horrible! You can’t even see that this is baby on it. And the price of course. 4 times more expensive than other places. And I haven’t expected to receive such a bad service for the price I paid. Sorry, but this place needs a general improvements. Will do my best to avoid them in the future.

I am very upset. Tried to schedule a 20 week ultrasound and the woman on the phone told me she can make an appointment only in the middle of the day when I’ll be 22 weeks pregnant! I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant making an appointment a month in advance and she claimed it was her only appointment available. Is the whole city suddenly having babies at the same time? She was so rude too, it’s ridiculous. I really hope she will be treated the same way when pregnant. I’m gonna try to maybe go to another place for this ultrasound. I hope it’s possible.

I don’t recommend this place. They are rude and completely unprofessional. The receptionist/scheduler doesn’t listen to anything you say and will yell at you if you ask for any sort of accommodation. I am thinking of switching my Inova OBGYN just so that I don’t have to deal with them.

I would recommend not coming here. They do some sketchy stuff with billing to make it go up. I have tried to get my itemized bill justified a couple times through them. If you come here, and do not agree to everything they ask of you, they will send you away without help. I had high blood pressure so they did an ekg, an IV with some medicine, and they made me get a CT. I did not feel I needed a CT, but it wasn't really an option. Because I ended up with the CT, along with what I probably needed, I was put done as level 5 emergency and a couple thousand extra dollars added to my bill that my insurance does not help with. I can't really afford this bill, they have done nothing to help me with it. I doubt I will ever go to any ER again. I paid for each thing individually, why are you tacking on a couple extra thousand because I needed those things? Insurance doesn't cover everything for everyone, we like to blame them for screwing us, but hospitals like this one are a HUGE part of the problem with medical cost. Its not like I received extra care while I was there. I was in a hallway having to tell people walking by if anything was needed. Do not come here, just call a doctor in the morning, unless you have a ton of money.

avoid at all costs. fraudulent hospital is an understatement. i was experiencing chronic lower back pain after receiving my second vaccine shot and made the mistake of coming here. the doctor didn't allow me to explain the conditions i was experiencing. she hardly examined me and told me the symptoms i was experiencing was normal - totally blew me off. within a matter of 30 minutes, i was in and out of the emergency room and billed $2,500+ for one shot (pain reducer) that was administered. a few months later, the pain flared back up so i went to see a real doctor (not within inova) this time. the doctor actually did his job in examining me, and detected the source of my pain and diagnosed me with spondylolisthesis. in other words, this doctor did what inova failed to do...funny how inova still tried billing me $2500+ worth of "miscellaneous" services bc they failed to provide me with the itemized breakdown of the services they provided.
