Had 2 update my review when they changed to new management and the change was for the worse. They now upcharge and will "find" something extra that needs to be done. The price on just about every service went up just not as good as they used to be, I definitely miss the old staff and management. Will I go back?.... on as a last resort.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Been comming here for maybe close 2 decades, nice folks, hard workers, much respect, i did hear complaints about prices, but fluids and labor costs are all up and these guys are well, i paid for the materials and their labor and time.

They issue coupon valued $10. But they only gave $5 discount with no reason. Their full service is not FULL service. They do not vacuum on floor, do not add fluid : brake, window, coolant, etc. They chare FULL service fees, but perform works partially.Service: Oil change

Don’t go to these scams. They charge 100$ for oil change. They try to sell you more staff, the shop pays them more if they sell the costumers more products. Was my first and my last time going there.Service: Oil change

Forget this place. I sat for 10 minutes while they ignored me and kept working inside. I just wanted an oil change. I took my car there for an oil change and they discovered an engine mount bracket that was cracked, which they took me out to show to me. Kamal was amazing and ordered the part for me and changed it all in record time. And at a very reasonable price! I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I used to go to lube-it and it used to be a good experience. But with this new management, i had a worst experience. Never going back again. Went for a oil change, they pointed list of different things needs to be changed. I don't even think they did the oil change correctly. And they hacked up the price too, that's fine with me. bt what irritated me is on the lube-it site,they have a discount and coupons. When i asked for the discount,the new owner said I am the new owner here, everything has changed and we don't accept it. It's right there on the site and he said we don't accept it. Worst experience

Used this place for years. Came in for 1st time with new management and never again.had to wait for an employee yelling match to finish before I could get my car. Very, very unprofessional staff
