I had errands to run nearby and needed to get a quick carwash (not expecting anything fancy at a gas station carwash, but just a quick clean). Pulled in, filled up with gas, bought the car wash, and pulled around to the car wash entryway to see it blocked with orange cones. Went inside to ask the attendant if the car wash was open, and he said it "was already closed." At 2pm on a sunny weekday? I asked for a refund because I couldn't get it washed, and he told me to come back and use the code. How am I supposed to know when the car wash will be open? I don't even live in the area, just happened to be here for another appointment. I had to ask several times for a refund before the attendant finally complied. I don't understand why the car wash was closed in the first place. ??

Regularly went to this station and never had an issue although sometimes pumps wouldn’t work and had to pull to another one. But tonight changed that when their pump broke and the attendant attempted to extort money out of me!Tonight pump didn’t work and when I put the nozzle back into the cradle the ENTIRE HOSE disconnected from the pump and fell to the ground. I was alarmed and went inside to tell the attendant so it would not leak.He then attempted to extort money from me and said I had to pay $50 because I broke the pump. I assumed he was joking but he kept insisting and I realized he was serious! I told him I wasn’t going to pay because the pump clearly was broken or damaged already and he then told me I was lucky because it normally costs $300 and he was only asking for $50. He also told me that it didn’t matter if I wouldn’t pay because the security cameras saw what happened and they had video of me. This goes beyond simply bad customer service and is basically threatening behavior.Needless to say I will never be going here again. I would suggest you avoid it too.

Pump 8 didn't stop and overflowed over my car and my shoes. I went inside to tell the shopkeepers, but they didn't seem to care and didn't do anything.

Pumps don’t work most of the time and staff is rude. Go somewhere else.

The sign on the store says the open at 5:30am , but they never open on time. I arrived at 6am they still wasn't open

I came here for a Rain X wash. I paid $12 for it inside the Sunoco store. When it was my turn, I punched the code on the machine and it said Express wash. When I pushed the Rain X option it asked me for extra $4 to promote my car wash to a Rain X wash. I ended up just getting the Express wash. I was dumbfounded and I went inside the store to ask for return of my $4. There were two men inside and when I explained my situation they totally disregarded my statement and looked down on me by asking me, “How do you know if it was the Express wash or Rain X wash?” They were both nitpicking at me without wearing their mask. I asked them to step away from me to socially distance. They still came up to me to yell and trying to say I was wrong.I am a car technician at and I worked there for 15 years. I do know the difference between Express wash and Rain X wash. I have used Sunoco car washes before as well. They are lying and deceiving the customers. How can they be so sure that their washing machine is working so properly all the time? All I asked for was a $4 refund for getting the Express car wash. I am very furious about their customer service and their protocol for COVID-19.

I don’t know what everybody’s problem is. Number one, it’s a gas station; don’t expect perfection. Two, I’ve never had any problems with the staff there. They’re all friendly and seem to be good at their jobs when I’m in there (which is literally everyday).

Make sure to check your receipt to be sure you didn't get charged for a car wash you didn't select!! This gas station is particularly annoying because it automatically selects car wash on some of the outside stations (I think their screens or software are broken). If you cancel the transaction (don't want the car wash) you can't rerun your credit card - you have to go inside. You can also use another card and hope it doesn't happen again, or just suck up the car wash tacked onto your receipt.

The morning staff here are jokes. They rude and obnoxious, went there this morning to buy lottery tickets the guy made an error and instead of correcting his error he wanted to argue. I don't know what you heard, but I know what I said... they need to BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS STAFF the young ladies that used to be there in the morning were great ....the staff there now are ....I wont call them clowns...but they are very clownish!!

They have an actual touchless brushless car wash. These are impossible to find around here, not sure why. Won't destroy and swirl your paint like "soft brushes" will
