Have gotten car inspections here for years, but was not able to do so this month. When one shows up, one is told that the wait time could be hours, so I filled out the online request for an appt. Unfortunately, I never heard back, so I found another garage.

This place wouldn't be the best for a complete car clean. There's no vacuums for cleaning the inside of your car. And just a regular car wash, nothing super detailed.
