I have been giving to this Shell for the past 3 years to do my inspection. Adam has been professional and thorough in his inspection. The gentleman who operates this station is also professional as I have brought my tires to look at as I have had issues over the past few years . They have either charged me a very minimal amount or have done it for free. The operator is very nice and has never tried to upsell me on any services that was not necessary.

1 star because it ask me to put it, because if it were for me I'll put 0, Vacuum doesn't work and they don't put a sign on it and when you go inside to ask for a refund they refuse to do it, a total scam, void this vacuum at all cost.

Just had my car inspected for the first time alone here! These guys are real straight shooters and make it really easy. I was very blown away by their service, honestly. The power went out without warning when a telephone pole outside was being repaired. The business was understandably upset they were not warned at all of this possibility by the power company; but the Shell staff remained completely calm and professional. The mechanics even continued doing any work they could without power! They offered people to come back another time if they didn't want to wait for the power; I had time on my hands so I waited. The cashier even gave me a folding chair in a shady spot until power came back on! Definitely coming back next time I need and inspection and recommending to friends in the area about an easy efficient place to get emissions and inspections done!

Went here to get gas but ended up getting my safety and emissions inspections - it was a quick and easy walk-in. The gas stations here / in this area tend to be cheaper than what’s around me so would recommend this location!

They charged me $235 for a new battery, and while my car was there they called saying, “the inspector looked and your break pads need replacing to pass your next inspection. Should we fix them?”. I said no. Just got my car inspected and I specifically asked about the breakpads. They were fine.

Got my battery replaced here and it was the worst experience ever. I asked how much it was for service and everytime he gave me different number and charged me extra $$$ after the service. Do not recommend.

Oil change done just like cowboys! Plumbing tape on the oil-pan bolt because a 10cent copper washer is too hard to ask for from a place that changes oil all day everyday! Leaked all over my driveway, rather go somewhere else, it's the same price anyway!

I use to come here all the time and honestly besides the limited pumps I've always liked this gas station. They're situated on a corner so there are two ways to get onto the road which is really helpful when there is a lot of traffic coming from the bank side of gas station. I don't come here anymore because the prices are high in Arlington and I no longer live in the area but if you're around that way I recommend stopping there!

Just went in for a vehicle state inspection and emissions. They were very responsive by phone and extremely efficient with the inspection. Went on a weekday so may be different on the weekend. Highly recommend this place!

Avoid this place. I brought my car here because I had a slow leak in my tire due to a very small nail. They used a tool to make the hole much bigger so that they could insert a plug. The next morning the tire had lost a lot of air. I took it back and they tried to convince me it must be a different issue or something I had done. I showed them the air was leaking from around the plug. So they inserted a second plug and said if it still leaks I need to buy a new tire. The next morning the tire again had a lot less air. I took it back again to explain that the reason it was leaking air was because they must have ripped the tire with the tool they used to make the hole bigger. The original hole was slightly bigger than a finishing nail. The technician was at lunch and would not talk to me until he came out of the back room. When he finally emerged he refused to listen and kept walking away. I told them they need to at least put a used tire on to fix the mistake but they refused. I asked for a manager or owner but there was nobody in charge and they said the owners wouldn't be back for several weeks. I have since talked to other tire repair businesses who said that anytime they make a mistake with the plug, their policy is to replace the tire. Not at the Shell station at Seven Corners. They are a complete joke and should be avoided at all costs.
