“I already had the ball for the hitch because I had a hitch installed on my truck before in Florida. We had a hitch installed on our jeep and this Uhaul did a good job took about 4 hours maybe then they called to come pick up. Price was: 414.90 and I saved like $30 or more because I had the ball hitch already. Thank you for a good install Uhaul.”
“Despite the fact that the U Haul truck broke down twice and completely threw off my moving schedule (!) ??♀️, I still say this store is top tier. Alan and the rest of the staff took great care of me and made the situation much better. They were fantastic. I highly recommend this location.”
“It was, by far, one of the nicest vehicles I have ever rented from a Uhaul facility. The vehicle was very new and clean with a modern cockpit. The staff was courteous and returning the van was quick and painless minus one tiny caveat. Reasonable rates if you aren't logging too many miles.
What I was not a fan of:
1) I had to repeat some information through their verification process, upon picking up the rental in person. I prefer not to install unnecessary apps on my phone for privacy concerns.
2) It was a bit invasive and the "we will call your contact person" step was annoying because I knew it was 6 am where they were located. I'm not renting a Yacht! There should be a less complex verification process because I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the agent to approve.
3) Some of the steps to continue forward were tiny blue text links, (on a phone amplifies the difficulty) which was very bad portion of the User Interface, considering everything else was large buttons. But thankfully the staff was quick to assist in locating what I had to click on.
4) The sign for where to return the vehicle was past the building and hard to see (too subtle as it should be bright and screaming "Look at me!"). It should also be closer to the entrance so you know that you have to go towards the back. There were staff back there to direct me where to go, but if you did the after-hours drop-off, you might end up a little confused.
All in all, the negatives were very minor and need some tweaking for the overall User Experience in my opinion. But the facility, vehicle, and staff were all excellent. If it wasn't for the invasive verification process, it could have been 5 stars.”
“I came in looking to see some unit sizes and Neadea graciously showed me the 5x10 units and explained to me how the rental process worked, I was able to make my decision to rent because of the extent Neadea went through, with a cheerful attitude!”
