Mabel had a spot for our daughter which was a relief. She had so much fun everyday and even learned a good amount of Spanish in her stint there. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great program for a toddler.”
“My daughter enjoyed every day she was at the school. The staffs and programs helped her progressed a lot. The school has long hours and provides lunch, all at a very reasonable cost.”
“A wonderful school that all of our children (who are all different) have enjoyed and loved. It challenged our more gifted children and supported our child that needed extra support. Most importantly, the school is a great community and the kids have fun-they get to be kids while learning at a high level. It also is more welcoming than most private schools in the area.”
“James Lee Preschool has been an excellent preschool. They are small with two classrooms, the teachers and staff are great, and have plentiful space with a gym and nice playground / fields area. The kids love going to school with the fun and educational activities planned each say. Highly recommend checking out!”

Enrollment fee apply, but are fair to keep out those who are not serious.FCMCC Is diligent about teaching strong principles and habits. Washing hands, sharing, helping set the lunch table, helping to cleanup, and more. They engage in redirecting behavior that can be distracting to other children. As a parent, this is a technique I was not aware of and I'm glad to have learned. I now use redirecting instead of timeout. The classrooms are designed for each age group. There are plenty of learning activities as well as fun toys, such as Legos. Every day my son participates in circle time, where his teachers provide instruction on the topics that they are reviewing. There is also plenty of outdoor playtime and one nap a day. Naptime/Quiet time is around 130 and is for two hours. The teachers are fantastic! They are not daycare workers they are certified teachers. Each classroom has a headteacher with two or more assistants. They are very organized and have activities planned for each day. I'm surprise my son doesn't come home with homework at 3years old :)Every day I am happy to take my son to Falls Church McLean Children Center because I know he's going to have excellent care and education. There are other programs parents can take advantage of through Fairfax County, I don't participate in those however they are available if I need them. Speech therapy is one of them. The office staff is very helpful! Miss Kathy, the director has a lot of experience in her field and it reflects in her management of the center. If you're looking for a place to take your son or daughter highly recommend FCMCC is your go to!”

“I went to this school from 2000-2006 and my little sister went here from 2010-2016 and i can honestly say it was an excellent experience for both of us caring and loving teachers with attention to detail and a personal relationship with all the students.”
“The most affordable preschool in the area, AND super high-quality. Dulin manages this by keeping costs to a minimum with high parental involvement. Excellent teachers and a tight-knit community. If you're able to swing regular volunteering, I'd highly recommend this option :)”
