A lot like an old lady's garage sale. If I could give it no stars that's what I would do. If you're looking for any sort of customer service, you're not going to get it there. What you will get is an angry, little, bearded man behind the counter complaining about how much he hates his job and he works too much. Save yourself the trouble and just go to any local bar if you want to hear that. At least then you can have a drink.

I dont know what the last reviewer was talking about. If you look at her other reviews you can see she is always unhappy. This store has knowledgeable friendly employees who always try to let you know how they are coming up with the prices they are giving you rather than just tell you a number. I have been going there for years. I buy and sell and always pleased with the service provided.

Tried to offer me very little for jewelry that I wanted to sell. Not at all knowledgeable. Just look at the junk they have in their cases!! I felt that I was bothering and annoying them to even look at my stuff. Some items were name brands, and all items were gold or diamonds. Don’t even bother with them! I went elsewhere and got even more than I expected!!

Not at all knowledgeable about jewelry. Tried to rip me off by downplaying my jewelry (some name brand items) and offering very little. I left without doing any business.

I’ve done business here over ten years now. Chris is the most pleasant, consi and reasonable business person there. The guy with the gauges is really pleasant as well. I will always be a loyal customer.
