Rio provided excellent customer service when my mom had an immediate need for a recliner. Her current recliner broke and she wanted a replacement immediately. She called Rio at about seven o'clock on a Thursday, they had a recliner in stock, and they delivered it at nine o'clock that night. They made it happen. Thanks Rio!
