Loved this place until today. I’ve patronized with this business for at least the last year since I’ve lived here. My parents are in town and I wanted to treat my father to his first pedicure. As we walked in there were two techs in the front, one was checking a customer out and the other was just standing, looking. As she saw us, it appeared as though her facial expression changed. She rudely asked, what service we wanted and I said two pedicures. She then rudely said, “I need to check the book for appointments.” She then, walked to the back, grabbed the book and walked back to front. She then began looking in the book and claimed there were appointments and I needed to make an appointment as the only next availability was the next day. It appeared as though, there were only a few (2 or 3) names in that book and it was only 1:15. My money will no longer ever be spent in this establishment.

BEST NAILS EVER!!! Sophia did an amazing job and was so nice and helpful it making sure I got exactly what I wanted! She was very efficient and knew exactly what to do and how to go about it. Finally Sophia gave me a fair quote before we started to insure there no surprises at the end!! I can now officially say i am vacation ready!!

Called to make an appointment as they do not offer on the website. Nowhere on website does it claim appointment only but glad I called. Grateful to have one, but disappointed in service. Gel pedicure with super abrasive tech. Felt mostly uncomfortable the whole time, not relaxing at all. Skin was ripped on big toe with harsh brushes and then alcohol doused on top. Pedicure took 45 mins start to finish. Needless to say, I won’t return.

the first nail tech that was supposed to do my nails was really rude and unprofessional. however, someone else did them for me and they were nice but felt passive aggressive and they also did an extremely rushed job to the point where i got injured several times. then she tried to blame the injuries on me even after i had informed her after the first injury that she needed to be gentle. first time i’ve ever gotten my nails done where my cuticles instead of my actual nail bed were being filed with the drill because they’re simply in a rush to get you out as fast as they can. and the reviews show i’m not the only one with the same experience. i really wanted to go back but upon further thought i’d rather not have a rushed job and get injured merely for the sake of getting someone else in. or be treated rudely by other nail techs id rather spend my money elsewhere sorry not sorry.

sour experience from the beginning which soured everything else for me. don't even wanna waste my time going into it. just save your money and go somewhere else.

Tried to walk-in for 2 pedi's at 3p on Friday, and were told they couldn't take us. It appeared they had 5 people on staff and 2 of them were standing chatting. They asked us to wait to schedule an appointment, but 10 minutes later we were still waiting and the ladies were still chatting. We left without being helped and won't be back.

Fantastic dip manicures! Also they offer a great price point compared to other salons! I've gone back multiple times and they always do their best to accommodate even last minute. Helen is so friendly and manages the salon well!!

I have been coming here for many years. The services and staff are exceptional. The facility is very clean and the nail technicians do a fantastic job. I get dip powder and have never been disappointed with the results. I highly recommend this salon.Services: Waxing

Went here for a full acrylic gel set and was told they could not do that and I had to do dip powder with tips (to their credit both services were the same cost). I was on a time crunch so I decided to go forward. The nail technician was extremely rough and aggressive throughout the entire manicure, even leaving a few gashes and cuts on my fingers. The polish and filing were also done poorly. Sadly, I would not recommend this place.Service: Dip powder
