The Arlington location erroneously had me send my perscription here and instead of letting me or my doctor know they can't fill it they just did nothing. I called 2x to try and have them send the information to the Arlington location and both times they said they would do it and yet did not do this. Very frustrated trying to get my medication.

Using this compounding pharmacy is always easy, convenient and the prices are comparable. I fill quite a bit of medications and I’ve never had any issues. Pharmacy technician, Jamie, is incredibly helpful & makes sure I get my meds on time, even when my doctor delays things on their end. I appreciate the free delivery which makes things less stressful for me.

I am so thankful for Telestar! They saved the day literally twice in the same week!On Monday, I was able to get a prescription in vegan form that is normally made using horse urine!On Friday, I was able to get an ointment made in just one day for my daughter’s cat that we had tried for a week to get from another compounding pharmacy.On top of that, they were so pleasant to work with! Each member the team that I interacted with on the phone and in-person was efficient and pleasant!

Telestar has AMAZING customer service!! Better than any other pharmacy I’ve been to! It’s very easy to tell that they truly care about their patients! I had an issue getting a medication compounded without the dyes and fillers that the commercially available medication contained! They were quick and super helpful to answer all of my questions and in getting the medication prepared! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I had been trying to get my cats medication compounded for a week at another place and I was calling them daily. Then when I called Telestar they were able to get it to me the same day which I really appreciate. My mom also tried to get a vegan version of a medication which usually has horse pee in it and Telestar was the only one in the area that had it without horse pee. Great delivery but billing was problematic. They do not accept insurance although I was informed they did. Would’ve liked to know this up front.
