I have never felt more disrespected in a fast food restaurant in my life. Every time I said an item I was ordering, she said “that’s it, right nothing else when literally I had just ordered one tiny sandwich and I was still having to order for my friend standing right next to me. The whole interaction just felt so rude and she just really made me feel like she wanted me to go away like it was my fault that she came to work today. honestly what pissed me off even more is that she never asked me for sauce and when I came up, they never offered the sauce for my chicken tenders. That’s literally such a crucial piece of the meal. And it’s just such a bad taste of service in my mouth that honestly I want to go back to speak to a manager and tell them exactly who treated me like that because after she kind of brushed me away with her hand to go away and wait for my food somewhere else. Literally, I want to go back there and have a personal conversation face-to-face so look out for me. Disgusting bunch. Espero que te acuerdas de mí porque soy el chino que vino con su amigo indio y nomás pedimos nuestra comida y nos servimos como hubiésemos hecho algo a ustedes. No es mi culpa que trabajas en un restaurante de comida rápida

Train your staff.. customer walks to the counter.. say: be right with you. Welcome to Popeyes. Not look behind u and ignore while preparing other orders. Manager. Supply everything. Don't run out of fries. No excuses. I said no excuses. This is food industry. Don't run out of fries.

Update: i have received a refund for the order. Now I can enjoy Popeyes again without feeling like I was taken. Took more effort than it should have. But they did help me.They never delivered my order and customer support is non-existent. Don't use their app. Doordash can't refund orders from Popeyes when there is a problem.

Decent Popeyes location. Parking lot is a bit tight but service was fast. Food was okay, I've had better/fresher chicken at other locations. Food was not hot/warm but didn't taste bad. It's a standard size restaurant and it had a few diners fill in. Nicely lit and clean.

with no one in front of me in the "online order pickup " line, 1 customer placing an order in the regular line, and 4 people behind the counter "helping" take that 1order, it took 4 minutes to get food that was already prepared and ready for pickup.Apathy. Customer service apathy. In the end, none of those 4 people helped me, instead a 5th person showed up to ask my name and hand me the bag from the counter.

I got some chicken yesterday at this Popeyes. I get home and open up my two piece chicken combo and I see this huge hair wrapped tight on my chicken like someone went to the back and tied it to the chicken. This was done deliberately. I am thinking about contacting a lawyer. This is disgusting. Why would you intentionally put a very long piece of hair wrapped on my chicken? I don't even have hair like this. No one eat there please. ?

This is the cleanest Popeyes I ever been to in my life and the chicken was greasyii let the mgr know while my son and I were eating good job and no flies or bugs will definitely visit this Popeyes again and you can eat in peace ☺️

first time ordering from this location. absolutely the worse, I ordered through door dash, I paid $23.00 including the tip. I bought the tackle shrimp box and classic fish sandwich. I did not get me tackle box at all, they gave me some cold chicken bites cold fries cold red beans and rice. It was not door dash fault, it was Popeye's fault so I called them and never got thru after calling back to back just a busy signal. I want my money back.
