Herve Fouda is not a good banker. He opened me checking account with 2000 minimum balance requirement without asking me. I told him my direct deposit amount is 2000 a month. How can I keep this minimum requirement?? Senior brand banker position should not for him. Now I received appointment email. I didn't know he made an appointment for me. He should tell me that. He is unethical banker.

Absolutely terrible. The other reviews have it right. Incredibly slow, one teller for dozens of customers, and generally uncaring and apathetic bankers here. I would take the time to drive to another branch, you'll save time. Actually, just bank elsewhere.

The worse bank ever! They are always under staff, one guy at the door doing absolutely nothing just asking how we help, but does nothing

I walked in and was in a slight rush. The first thing I want to do is fill out a withdrawal slip, there was none and only 2 deposit slips left. I wasn’t too worried since there was literally no one in front of me in line. Two people and two tellers. I waited for 10 minutes for the first customer to finish. When they finished, the teller left and there was only one teller left with the customer they have been with for the last 10 minutes. How can a teller leave when they know there’s a line? Extremely unprofessional. I walked out. It’s a Saturday afternoon, what a horrible location. Extremely careless, leaving work when knowing there’s a line.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Osama Alnawawi at PNC Jefferson st Alexandria. Their exceptional service and attentiveness truly stood out. From promptly addressing inquiries to going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, Osama demonstrated a remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction. Their professionalism and proactive approach made a significant difference, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch management.

This has to be the “slowest” PNC branch in the area. The employees will tell you that there is a line and apologize for the delays, but the wait at this branch is CRAZY! Again, the people are professional, friendly and helpful but the wait times are ridiculous!

If you do not have an account with them forget any transaction at the cashier's. They will not even try to help you on a simple cash transaction such as getting bill change. Also they ask for ID which I am okay but for full social security number? This is bad banking practice. You should never disclose your full SSS to anyone.

Zero stars if It were an option. Customer Service is Horrible at this branch. I wanted to drop off some bank Deposits for my job. PNC Manager stated I had to do that thru the drive thru myself with a key. I did not have the key at the time. She forcedly had a trainee take care of my deposits. Manager said I had to wait for him to process all my deposits before I was able to leave. In other PNC branches there is a form you can sign if you wish too not wait for them the deposits to be processed. Manager had her Air pods on, was wearing Flips flops, Had her bra straps sticking out from her shirt, and was chewing an apple very loudly. Not professional at all.

I opened an account with this bank while living in Georgia. I have the spend, save and reserve account. It comes with a credit card and a debit card. From the beginning, whenever I would use the credit card outside my zip code, PNC would lock the card and decline the charge. I would then have to call and wait on hold to get it unlocked again. It's gotten better over time and doesn't happen as frequently but still does occasionally. A few days ago, I got a fraud alert from them on my debit card. I called and waited on hold for over an hour and a half only to tell me they can't do anything until the charges clear. Today I'm back at the bank to get a new debit card because someone has drained my account overnight. It was an unplanned visit, but because of the fraud I have to visit and get a new card. I'm standing in front of the receptionist and she refuses to help me until I check in and make an appointment online. I'm the only customer in the branch at the time. So I'm going through the much too long and exaggerated texting process of getting an appointment all while standing in front of a receptionist that refuses to help until I'm checked in. A CSR comes out and say "I can help you" so I go in his office thinking we can get to business. Nope! I have to finish checking in before he will help. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
