I have been sitting here way too long to get a debit card replaced… they have no customer service representative on the floor. And the banker by the name Belle who finished with another client took her sweet time to get to me. They seem very unorganized.

Their employees are really mean. Specially one that in the windows "helping" if you ask a question she would respond you in a total mean way. She speak spanish I think that is really helpfull but they need to work on their attituted and actually do customer service. Is like they don't want to talk to you when you are with them. I would always choose this location but from now on I am going to be choosing anotherone. Their previus team was really really nice.

WORST BANK EVER! They don't even deserve a 1 star. The staff are ALL LAZYY They make you feel unwelcome they are so rude and wanna argue back they also take forever!! They all need to go back to training and learn how to treat a customer with respect because we're trusting them to serve us and take care of our money. Especially the assistant manager Chartmàà she's supposed be an example to the rest of the staff but she's horrible herself and doesn't know what she's doing. I'll also make sure I file a complaint with the BBB Company.

Wow! Just wow, all I can say for the staff at this location. It's horrendous how little they care when you have an issue with them. I came in to dispute a discrepancy... all I got was “ call this number†and thrown out. One of the young teller (shay) went up to another tell and started joking and laughing with my issue. It was embarrassing.

New girl at this Branch with the curly poofy hair (glasses) her name is Shay or something. She's very condisending and offers no help when you have an issue. She has no clue what she's doing. She's really good at having the final say and making you leave frustrated and under appreciated. Worst teller I've encountered.

Terrible! The staff working here don't care at all for there customers. Only when it comes to pushing credit cards on you. Don't bank with PNC especially this branch located in falls church. They are truly the worst in the area !!!!!

I've never seen such negligence for quest quality or customer service at a bank until I came here. Just incompetent people that don't want to work here. Stay away! Bank and where but here !!!!

If I could give PNC as a whole 0 stars I really would. I came in to this location to close my account with them after a dreadful 5 years of overdraft fees, random pings on my account that would lock me out of online banking, two week waits on new atm cards, service charges that made such little sense I'd be annoyed enough to ask for a refund on a lowly 6 dollar fee, fraud dept deciding my police report was not enough to return to me the 500 dollars that was stolen from my account, and endless more issues including their ATMs taking money, throwing up a "error" sign and not crediting the account not once not twice but THREE TIMES at this locations drive up ATM. And then good luck getting someone on the phone after 8pm because the only line open is the fraud department which cannot help. Their suggestion is to call the real bank in the morning or during business hours. This branch in particular has overall nice people! The young man who helped me close my account was the best thing I've ever experienced at PNC, EVER! 5/5 stars for the man named Taha at the customer service desk who asked just enough questions about closing my account but could tell I was annoyed enough that trying to get me to keep it open would have been a public disaster. By the end of the conversation with him I was 100% in a better mood! He was so friendly, very efficient, and did apologize for the issues even though not a single one was his fault. PNC if I got this type of service every time I called or entered a PNC I might have sucked up the horrible policies just because I know there's a friendly face to sympathize or help make it better!!!! Also for customer service, while Taha went to get me my cash to close out the account (which btw was only 31 cents because I grew to resent PNC and never deposited any money there while I considered if closing out 5 years of solid business was a good decision) at least three people approached me to ask if I had been helped. All were very friendly, one lady was clearly on her way to lunch or even going home for the day but stopped to see if I needed anything with her coat and purse already on- very amazing customer service there. My boyfriend who also suffered through 6 years of PNC came to close his account with me, since we had spent all day complaining about the policies and though well why continue to suffer when we could just....go to a different bank lol. The manager walked by when Taha was closing his account and seemed annoyed that Taha was not doing much to keep him with PNC. If she has been there the whole conversation she probably would have been able to tell hassling annoyed people trying to leave PNC is not a great idea unless you want a very hostile end to the transaction....he was clearly annoyed and clearly, trying to convince him all the issues he had with PNC were not worth leaving (including losing 200 dollars) was not a great idea. I could hear her questions from across the room and lady, telling people their issues with PNC are not important because "everything here is free" is a terrible approach. Especially when it costs money to do just about anything. She was not very compassionate or understanding and he walked away annoyed again after I heard him chatting kindly with Taha to begin with. All in all: horrible policies, terrible ATM, nothing is free even though they love to say it is, calling the customer service line is useless and takes 20 mins just to talk to anyone, they hate giving money back after a fraud case that even includes a police report, BUT Taha is the best customer service employee I've ever seen there. PNC clone this man and have him working in every store and maybe people wouldn't close accounts.
