Abdel is the man, second time back after previous time with a failed Dell XPS motherboard issue. This time I was having issues with a battery replacement and a stripped screw and he fixed it right up. If you've seen his shop then you know he's a busy man so if you have the time and patience he has the brains to fix any computer. Thank you man

Absolutely would recommend. Fixed my problem quickly and completely, and for a reasonable price. Even ended up doing a few other fixes/improvements beyond what I originally asked for to improve performance and lifespan.

Friendly guy, and obviously very knowledgeable. Only issue was that I forgot to label my laptop and charger, and was given the incorrect charger back. It's been awhile as I only use the laptop occasionally so now to buy a new charger. Just label your things.Update: now my laptop is not working. Fairly sure it is due to incorrect charger frying my laptop. Go someplace else - it's cheaper to buy a new laptop..

This guy knows computers. Repairs quickly and priced reasonably. I recommend him highly! I have a 2019 Dell which is a beast of a laptop. He turned it around in one day, and his price was half that of another shop.

I wanted to give some time between my repair and writing this review to ensure my pc operates smoothly, and a little over a month later I can safely say I am very satisfied. I use an SFF pc, which is notoriously difficult to clean, ontop of operating it in a humid environment for the last few years which led to some near fatal thermal throttling for the GPU. Took it in at the right time, Abdel said otherwise the issue probably wouldn't have been salvageable. Not only did he do a deep clean of the pc, but added a new thermal compound to improve performance of the CPU & the GPU -- better than the **stock configuration**. Gave great advice on maintaining the health of my pc as well.
As an enthusiast myself, I really was impressed with the time and care he took and felt like he extended the life of my pc by more than I was expecting. For both computer experts and newcomers alike, I can't recommend his service enough!

My efforts to work with PC Tek were extremely frustrating. I was impressed by the reviews on here, so I kept trying despite how uncommunicative they are and the fact that it would take 3-4 emails before they would respond (a tech support company that won't answer their emails? Not a good sign!) When I finally was able to make an appointment...he wasn't there. No answer at the door and, when I called, he said he was "off site on another job." So unprofessional.
