Great selection of cigars, pipes and smoking accessories. The staff is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Great upgrade of store chairs make smoking a good experience. Hours are Mon-Sat 10-9, Sun 11-6.

Beginners and connoisseurs both will find much to like here. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient while you browse and ask for recommendations. It has a very low pressure environment which for someone new to this experience will enjoy. They have an excellent selection of cigars from all over the world as well as beautiful humidors to keep your cigars fresh until you are ready to smoke them.

I'm a novice and a female. Based on my experience with other cigar shops, both of these do not bode well in the cigar world. Upon entering I was greeted with 2 stone faced men behind the counter and to my surprise they immediately asked how they could help. I told them I was new and wanted recommendations. He asked me what I liked based off my past cigars then took me into the humidor and asked me more into detail what I preferred in a cigar. I told him I liked the bold, dark chocolate, black coffee flavor cigar but was completely open to trying any cigar. He toured me around several cigars while explaining in detail of the body of smoke. I settled on an Aj Fernandez label and two Eiroas. Best cigars I've smoked. I felt incredibly comfortable walking into this shop as a novice and mostly a female novice. I feel comfortable to come in for another visit and ask questions without feeling judged or told what's best for me (that other shops tend to do) I don't know the gentleman's name that helped me but thank you so much. Even though I live in Maryland, I will be returning. You guys just gained a loyal customer!

The best cigar lounge in the USA!!!! Tobacconists are knowledgeable, courteous and always ready to help you get the best smoke for you. But in addition to a wonderful staff, the crowd is AWESOME!!!! The regulars are so friendly, and welcoming that leaving the store at the end of a couple of hours is never easy. I WISHED I HAD MORE TIME TO SPEND AT THIS PLACE. KEEP AT THE GOOD SMOKE OVTC!!!!

My new hangout, closer to home so I don’t have to go all the way into DC to chief a couple of sticks. I found this little gem on a whim when I stopped in to look at humidors. Len was so nice and helpful, I ended up coming back later just to have a smoke. That’s when I met Darren and a few of the regulars, who were so friendly and welcoming that I ended up staying past closing time. They have a great, fresh selection of my faves like My Fathers, and my new fave, thanks to Darren, Fratello-Arle Quin. Awesome store, staff, and regulars!

The guy operating store would not let me test the draw of the pipes, pre-covid mind you. If that is the case, I might as well order a pipe online. My guess was he wasn't willing to commune with a younger customer. Thank you for steering me away from your business.
