I fully believe that IT service level is based upon the individual engineer/consultants you work with from the company. At Nortec, I've been fortunate to have worked with a few wonderful engineers/consultants who I consider to be a part of our team. Being a small organization, having an engineer/consultant who knows us, who can manage our IT projects and address our issues as though they worked within our own organization, is priceless.

All I did was send a short, detailed email to the Help folks at Nortec... within a few minutes, my issue (a Sharepoint problem) was being fixed and I was able to view its completion in Teams. I've spent more time writing this review than I took explaining and getting my issue resolved. (It's not my first interaction with Nortec; it's the same result and feeling each time, however.) I know the rest of my company is pleased, too.
