They did a great job with my Ford Fiesta! l haven’t been able to find time to thoroughly clean the interior of my car for a while , and they got into all the crevices and cleaned the interior so great! 10/10 would recommend, l will definitely be coming back! Also, customer service was perfect! Thank you again!

I had a fantastic experience with this car detailing company! The staff was friendly and confident, and they worked wonders on my dirty car seats. My interior looks brand new now, and it was definitely worth every dollar. Highly recommended!

Awesome job detailing my car. Great to work with. They went above and beyond with service. I messed up the day and they were accommodating and worked on a Sunday. Appreciate the fine detail that they cleaned the car. Would recommend any car to get cleaned here!

Keith and his team at New Look certainly gave my old Toyota a new look! I hardly recognized it! The exterior was like shiny and new, and the interior was sparkling. Thanks New Look. I'll be in next for my paint touch up:)

5/5 Communication - Keith was very responsive to texts and calling for information about the car from the very beginning to set up an appointment ASAP for the car and until it was able to be picked up. I really really appreciate the communication even if it means the car will be delayed for pick up. I only had a couple issues. I do think the passenger seatbelt side had a couple spots that were missed and the car was not ready on the same day as originally estimated when I needed that car in the evening, so had to spend additional $ on Ubers. Very thankful that Keith added exterior detailing for the car and was able to almost completely erase scratches on the side of the car! I would bring the car here again if I needed to get additional detailing done.

My husband purchased a used Corvette and took it to New Look Auto Detailing. The finish was a bit dull, and it looked like there was a long scratch on one of the front panels. The transformation was nothing short of amazing! Keith and his team did an incredible job, and the car looks like new, with the “scratch” completely invisible. This place is holy. They made my 13 year old car look basically brand new after years of my cleaning neglect. They spent 7+ hours on it and stayed past closing time on the Friday of Easter weekend to get the job done right. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Called me half an hour after my appointment that their person called out sick and won't be able to make it. I need my car cleaned before a trip and they suggested doing it after. Highly unreliable, don't recommend at all.

Keith and the team at new look did a bang-up job turning my SUV from destroyed by the kids to something I can drive as a professional to the office and client sites. My wife of course got the new SUV and the local car wash did its best to de-kid the car but it needed the extra mile. Now it looks like a great late-model car that I’m proud to drive. My 2014 Mustang GT turns 9 in April and Kevin made it look brand new. His attention to detail, waxing, and buffing to remove scratches is amazing. The differentiator is the power washing of the engine. It looks show room new. Kevin's prices are reasonable and scheduling service was easy. I highly recommend Kevin and New Look Auto Detailing.

Decided on a refresh on our 7 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee in hopes that my wife would stop asking for a new car.... Keith did a fantastic job inside and out - even spending extra time to polish out accumulated tree sap on the paint. Thrilled with the results.

Took the car for detail. The car took 2 days to be done instead of the promised same day service. We scrambled as a family with little kids with our car being held hostage for 48 hours. The owner offered to clean the engine for free, but later found out he charged us for it! As soon as the car was done, it started leaking water from the windshield. I complained. The owner was rude but PROMISED free detailing in return. I wanted my $325 back, but he refused. Then later he magically CHANGED his mind and decided not to honor the free detailing and refuses to issue me a refund because he is sure the leak of the windshield is not his fault. NEVER going back here again!!!
