I recently had the pleasure of visiting MyEyeDr. for an eye exam and to update my glasses prescription, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would love to acknowledge Mikenna for assisting me.The entire visit was efficient yet never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail and personalized care that I received.

Can I give zero stars?! My wife went to her appointment this morning while I waited with our toddler and grandma in another store. She was 15 minutes early. Instead of honoring her appointment, they told her she had not confirmed it so they had canceled it and could not see her! What kind of office cancels patient appointments like this? We will be taking our business elsewhere despite having been going here for the past 6 years.

The general manager Anngie Paz she is extremely rude. Definitely she is in the wrong industry of costumer service especially if there patients involved. She has CERO emphatic. Not the right candidate to run a store. Definitely my eye doctor company need to do something about her behavior

Extremely bad customer/patient service! My husband and I were immediately talked to like garbage and profiled. And were told by the receptionist she’s a MINORITY too so she’s not being racist nor discriminatory. I will not be bringing my family here again, is 2024 and black people still keep getting treated less than and given bare minimum treatment even in healthcare.

I couldn't, I would have given it a negative score. It's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my glasses. To make matters worse, the general manager Anggie is rude and beyond unprofessional. I get the excuse it is the lab and the insurance but I contacted both the lab and the insurance they have ZERO clue about my order. I don't know if there is some scamming going on but it seems like this has happened with other customers and they dealt with the same rude manager.PS you could ask for a refund and call your insurance to approve to still use your previous year insurance.

**I was called a BROKE BOY & BROKE B*TCH by their “GENERAL MANAGER” ANNGIE PAZ all because I choose to purchase the 60 day supply of contacts instead of the one year supply**I am really upset that I am writing this review because I hold this place very dear to my heart. It was where I got my first pair of glasses as a boy. It’s where my parents took all of our siblings to get eye care since my childhood to us still going now.I went in to re order my 60 day supply of connects. The wonderful women informed me that my prescription is expired, and that I would need to have an eye exam before I get new contacts. I asked if they had any slots open for today if possible she said she didn’t which is completely fine. I asked her after that if it was possible to get a one day supply for my Truck route I needed to do on Sunday & that’s when the manger Annie Paz rudely interrupted our conversation and said in a very unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and Sassy manner. “No you can’t! I’m on to you I remember you from last time. You always do this you always ask for a spare contacts we have it in the notes you can’t get any free samples“ I was taken back shocked and surprised by her tone and facial expressions it was as if I asked for a free yearly supply. I told her ma’am I’ve always gotten free contracts in time of emergency which I am deeply grateful and appreciate for because I know that’s not something I’m entitled to. No has said anything to me about this for almost a whole decade, if I can’t get any that’s 100% okay I am not entitled to anything free in this store. Which she later keeps going on and speaking to me in a very rude, dismissive and aggressive. I got very upset and called her out on it her rude behavior. She kept shouting at me to leave and as I was leaving she mumbled “that’s why you only get a 60 day supply because your a BROKE BOY Because if you weren’t you would get the 1 year supply but instead you only get the 60 day supply” Which I was very shocked & taken back by the comments and I said what did you say? Thinking I must of heard something but no the general manager Annie Paz reiterated the statement. “That’s why your a broke boy, a broke b*itch” you get 60 day supply just get the 1 year supply if you weren’t” I pulled out my phone to record the situation and that’s when she got upset and said I can’t record her and called the police. I patiently and respectfully waited outside until the police came. I told the police everything that happened they talked to her as well. The police after getting both statements apologized to me for having a really bad experience and the store manger is asking you not to come back. I was hurt that a the store I grew up going to since I was a kid would treat me this way. they will call me names because of the product I choose to purchase from them. I am very grateful for all the amazing doctors amazing employees who took take of me in the past. Im grateful for them going out of their way and giving me free 1-3 day supplies of my contacts when they don’t have. I understand I am not entitled to anything free. I was upset at the aggressive and rude manner in which I was told after years of them being okay with it, and for being called a broke boy for choosing purchase the 60 day supply instead of the one year supply. I like the 60 day supply because it’s much easier to maintain and if I lose one contact I can easily replace it instead of the 1 year supply which.

I was totally impressed with the Service the atmosphere the helpfulness of the employees. The doctor was just fantastic. I would recommend this “myeyedoctor” to anyone that I meet, it’s just a great place to be if you want good quality service.for your eyes ?!!!

Anngie, staff, and Dr Jones are amazing!! A hidden gem! We live in Arlington, you don’t have to pay for parking, and they have a much wider selection than most locations!

My eye dr is the the worse organization ever from the top all the way down (there are some exceptions) I have been in 2 different location and that the conclusion that I came out withPlz don’t cantact me don’t send me a message I don’t want to ever deal with you

Great eyecare service and great customer service.Yea Kim was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, curteous and quick but still thorough.Amanda was also fantastic! She was helpful and patient while explaining my purchase options and insurance specifics.Would highly recommend. 5 stars!!

I have been going here for about 5 years. I love this location. The front desk staff and doctors have always been nice to my children and I. They are able to throughly answer any questions we have.

Great experience. Michelle was very helpful and has a fun personality. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a routine exam/checkup
