The wash is great but I’m leaving a low rating so I can grab someone’s attention. People who are not Mr. Wash customers are using the vacuums and causing those of us who pay to wait or just skip vacuuming. I’ve literally seen people drive up, use the vacuums, and take off back towards Gallows.

This company is trash. After the roller failed to lift and ripped off my luggage rack damaging the top of my car, I filled out a damage and was promised someone would be in contact. The manager at their Falls Church location reviewed the video and said the machinery did not work properly but it had the previous dozen times or so that I gone through. It is now a week later and I've not heard from them and not been able to contact them. I tried to call the corporate HQs and their voicemail was full--it is clear they don't want feedback. I cancelled my membership but suspect they will charge me next month anyways and I'll have to work it with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Staff are very friendly, but the wash leaves much to desire.Basically, it only sprays your car with water. I've left multiple times now with dirt and bird droppings in the same spot on my car, sometimes to the point I have to rewash my car after going through the wash. My car also is so wet after, that I get water spots on the "clean" parts of my car. The drying wheel at the end of the wash is useless as it does absolutely nothing and is only there for aesthetics. Do not waste your money on a wash package with Mr. Wash. All the washes are the same and their motto should be "We spray your car, the Sun dries it"

The wash is decently good enough. had a bad experience once when the auto wash system was broken and once I got done with the wash, there was white liquid not washed off properly and the air dryer didn’t work as well. Other than that day, it’s been a pleasant experience.

I just had the worst experience ever after almost one year of being a loyal customer of Mr. Wash Gallows Rd. I was treated like I was not a customer, denied the vacuum first and forced to go to the wash line when I clearly explained the guy I like to use the vacuum first. I felt really disappointed since I never had issues before. Treated like an intruder. I am canceling my membership right now.

I drove my car through the very expensive 30-dollar car wash. I figured it should be good for the price. However, I understood the price when I got to the blowers. They were so powerful that they send my windshield wipers into the upright position. Then, some scrubbers came down from the ceiling and snapped the wiper clean off. Not only that, but the wiper motors were completely uprooted, rendering the car unsafe to drive.I then stood outside for over an hour filing out a report, which they said would cover the damages if Mr. Wash found themselves responsible.Obviously, they did not. They stated that I went in with my wipers turned on, and somehow, at the same time, my wipers were in the up-right position upon entering the wash. They stayed on and upright through the entire was (Apparently, they survived the side scrubbers and those long cloth-strip curtain tentacles without issue!)Except that is a complete lie. My wipers were not up or turned on, and even if they were, why would the attendants who inspect the cars before going in not tell me that? (Its because they did not need to.)Mr. Wash has refused to allow me to view the footage myself. (They have also admitted that they do not have a recording of the entire incident.) Meanwhile, they only insist that I was wrong, and that I do not know what I was talking about. On top of that, the wash itself was mediocre at best. Im not sure it was worth even half of that price. Mr. Wash is a shameful business that acts exclusive by offering a membership for 9 dollars a month. If I went through this car wash once a month, I would not have a car by the end of the year.

Too expensive for the mediocre service, its not thorough enough. Cars always wet after wash. Vacuums barely clean.

I have definitely had better. For the price that you pay for the carwash my car should have been clean. It's unlimited car washes but it was so bad that I never went back. Car is still slightly dirty after going through wash. Tires/rims don't get touched. Waste of money.

I signed up for the expensive monthly subscription that has an automated license plate reader to make the car wash entry process easy. Unfortunately, each time I use the service the system does not allow me to proceed through. There is a long wait for an attendant to manually allow access. Each time they verified my account and stated the problem was resolved. It hasnt been resolved after weeks of use and contacting the main office via email. The customer service is poor especially for the price and a mediocre wash. There are other car wash options available nearby that offer much better service.

$30 for a car wash! No thank you.I don't appreciate the sales pitch either, when all I want is a single car wash.I'll take my business someplay else, thank you very much. You lost the customer today Mr. Car wash.

This is a glorified gas station car wash for the price of a full-service car wash. You pay your $30 then drive up to the car wash entrance. The guy at the entrance is supposed to spray down both sides of the car, but only did the driver's side. You drive through and out the other side, there is no hand drying. Nothing is done on the interior, no person (except you) ever even touches the car. There are "free" vacuums (I thought I paid $30), they are do-it-yourself. The vacuums are very weak and really don't clean the carpet well. I normally go to a full-service car wash that cleans the entire car inside and out and dries it by hand. I won't be back to Mr. Wash.

It's so sad to see a business like Mr. Car Wash turnings from good to bad. I used to like their service, especially cleaning inside the car was leaving the car with good smell and shine. Now, they stopped cleaning inside the car and you pay $30 for one time wash, just to clean the external body of the car, and they offer the client using the free vacuum if they wish. If someone is taking their car for a car wash it means they can't do as good as car washing businesses. I'd rather to pay a little more to have my car washed from the inside and outside. I hope Mr. Car Wash improves its service.

Tl;dr My van (especially front windshield) was still noticeably dirty after the most expensive 2 minute wash I’ve ever had. I do not recommend. This car wash charges $30 for a 2 minute wash. The touchscreen is a visually noisy, spammy affair that makes it difficult to understand the options on the fly. It appears that a monthly pass is $30 and a single wash is also $30? The breakdown for this price comes at the payment screen: $15 for the basic wash (fine) and $15 for “lava wax” (should clearly be an optional extra, not even sure what it means, certainly did not lengthen the wash). I would have chalked all this up to a one time expensive purchase and forgotten it but for the fact that my vehicle was still covered in dirt splotches when we pulled out. Seems like a scam. :(
