They have gone down hill severely. They always had a problem reading my DC plate. Last time was the last time. They would always look up my account and let me through. Last time, they actually removed me from line AFTER letting me through, dangerous and ridiculous as I could have just pulled over after washing.
6+ years, I'm out. Never going to be treated that way.

The wash isn’t bad but the staff are pretty pushy with trying to get you to pay for the unlimited wash package. I’ve had several noticeable scratches on my white car after coming here as well.

The wash was excellent but did not like that there was no vacuum services available. You can’t get in touch with a person via phone and have to send them an email.

Nice experience , but the single wash should be 18$.
I didn’t need the unlimited package, so please offer good prices for people who need only single.
