They charge $60 just to look at your car. That’s $60 you have to pay BEFORE they’re even willing to walk over to your car. Ridiculous.

A place where the customer service is terrible, they charge and don't do their job, there is no communication, they always have some excuse, especially if something goes wrong, the boss is never there, the manager doesn't know how to do his job, I haven't received the money It's been almost a month and they didn't do anything about it, Terrible is very little for a place where they only deceive you.

I set up an appointment at a specific time/date. I drive an hour to get there— arrive on time, the manager tells me to come back after the weekend. The guy doesn’t have the decency to tell me 10am when I called to confirm the 1pm appointment later that day.

Very helpful gentleman At the desk who called me back when he missed my initial call. He was able to write me out an estimate in about 30 minutes. To have it verbal was free but to have it in writing did cost $50. This is the 3rd place I've gone to and I think based on my conversation I will have the work done by him Because he gave the best detail and the best price and the shortest turnaround time.
