Today, June 11, I make a complaint
The girl who helped me tried to scam me. A Colombian girl.
Which is probably the same manager of the premises.
They charge you for things that you don't buy from the store. Today they did that to me, on my receipt and when I paid, a product appeared that I had not purchased and that was never quoted.
Immediately I returned to the store to complain about the additional charge and she rudely told me that that was the cost of the service. but I already knew and the receipt clearly showed the product that she charged me additionally. And I never asked to buy and I didn't even get the product.
And in the end I was right and they returned the money to me and the shameless girl just went to hide behind, because she knew well that it was not a mistake. She did it with the intention of stealing and pretending that she sold that product to perhaps keep with the money or steal the product from the store and sell it herself
Be careful going to this location and check your receipts before leaving the store. They steal from you here

Terrible service ? today I bought a Samsung phone and the lady who helped me didn't check the phone well if it had smart view... because my old phone did have it, I told her twice that I would check it first but she didn't agree in the end I checked the phone that had already been activated because the smart view is very useful for connecting my phone to my television without WiFi, please help me or what do I have to do to stop it? Let them change my phone and say. There is no bag ??
