I had the most unpleasant experience at a MetroPCS store near me and I will never visit the store ever again! On the day of 8/23/2020, I spoke with a MetroPCS customer service representative to inquire about international calling plans as I will be travelling out of the country the following week. This lady provided me information on two Metro PCS locations to check and see if they had calling cards as I wanted to ensure I have an opportunity to contact my immediate family members in the United States. As soon as I got off the phone with the representative, I drove to this location, only because it was close.When I arrived to one of the locations that was provided to me over the phone, a young lady approached me to assist me. I explained to her what I needed and she said that she had a plan that suited my needs and located it online. I politely asked her where specifically online did she get her information so I could review it. She advised me that the information was on the MetroPCS website. Suddenly an older gentleman rudely interrupted my conversation with the young woman by shouting in a very hostile tone from the back of the store that they didn't have what I ask asking for. I was incredibly startled at the man's aggressive tone of voice that even the young woman that was helping me also looked very uncomfortable. Before I could even ask the lady helping me another question, he asked if I was recording him. I was not recording anyone or anything. I literally asked the young lady if she can tell me where online she found the information for the plan so that I read it from my phone. Therefore, I'm not sure why he would ask me such a bizarre question in the first place, especially since I was not recording him.I am very fully aware about the laws in the state of Virginia as consent is only needed for one party to do a recording. However, recording him was not even something I was even thinking about at all. NO ONE HAS A REASON TO RECORD SUCH A USELESS CONVERSATION! Further, if you're that concerned about being recorded, I have to wonder why?As someone who recently moved to this area, I was seeking to upgrade my phone. This way I had a better chance of staying connected with my family, new friends and colleagues. I am highly disappointed in the way the man addressed me. It was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience made me feel frustrated, uncomfortable and I truly felt unsafe in that store. The fact that this man conducted himself in such a terrible manner leads me to believe that this was not his first time being rude to a MetroPCS customer and I'm sure it won't be his last time either. His poor behavior should result in immediate disciplinary action. He should not return to work until he takes a customer service resolution or code of conduct training. His actions were unacceptable and poorly reflects the values of MetroPCS and their attempts to value its customers. No one should ever have to endure such poor treatment. There's no way in hell I'd spend a dime at this location or any Metro store. I plan too terminate my service due to this negative experience ASAP. I'll go where me and my money is respected!

Not that bad. I think most people review when their experience is bad. But not me, I cant say I was amazed, but what I can say is that I got what I came here for. It just took longer than expected.
