The absolute best customer experience I have had in a long time. Lisbeth is wonderful and walked me through everything step by step. Very patient with customers. She was also working with other customers in between to answer their questions while also answering the phone. Wonderful experience and so helpful!

Stay away! Bad customer service, they will scam you to steal your money, and lie to you. Horrible experience. I’ve had nothing but trouble with my phone. I still don’t have service. Crappy store not worth wasting time and money here.

I actually had a great experience at this location. I was very surprised by the knowledge and hospitality shown by the employees since it's such a small store. I had a great few minutes with Lisbeth..a retail sales representative that actually solved BOTH a technical and billing issue. Great service.

I just want to say something they ripped people off they stolen money from the customers at store i wanted to store to asking about Samsung Galaxy s21 fe where's the promotion say switch over number from different Carrier to metro and get the phone for 99$ that's the policy and rules metro online but at the store they wanted to sell it the phone for u for 350$ which online saying u go to store and u switch ur number and u get the phone for 99$ when u bring ur number but the store don't agree with metro by t mobile policy they working on their rules not metro rules that's ridiculous bad store and bad customers service ever in my life I don't. Recommend anyone to go there using there service they will stolen ur money as much they can

Front desk associate is very rude. She is definitely not customer oriented and just wants you to get out of store without even buying anything.
She avoids customer because she does not want customer in store.
Store also did not pick up phone when I called.
Very bad experience. I hope corporate or regional manger can put some polite associate in this store at falls church.
