Very quick, very professional, and at the best price point. Reached out to Metro Windows for a double pane window repair on Tuesday evening, they took measurements by Wednesday, and the window was fixed by Friday early afternoon. Other quotes gave me 7-10 business days as the lead time. Very satisfied with the service.

I called Sam about a 20+ year old broken vinyl window, thinking I would need to have him replace it. Sam arrives 30 mins after we spoke on the phone, grabs parts from his van and fixes the window without any pushback or trying to upsell me something I didn’t need. He is very professional and efficient. We will be replacing the windows in the not too distant future and will use Metro Windows for sure. I would highly recommend this business without hesitation!

I've had Sam come out twice now to replace windows that had a broken seal. He was quick to respond, thorough with his estimate and explanations, and fair with his pricing. From my call to him to ordering the window to install, it was an incredibly efficient and smooth process that took no more than a week.Oh, and Sam's a super nice guy, too!I recommend Metro Windows and Glass for any window-related needs. Sam is top-notch!

Very pleased with the service from Metro Windows and Glass when they replaced the fogged up center pane of glass from my wood framed bay window. After I called, they scheduled an in-person inspection and estimate for the next day, and came exactly when they said they would. They measured everything and bid a good price for the job, then ordered the glass. They called back less than a week later to say the glass was ready, and came over to install it two days later. Their technicians were friendly, and I'm happy with the quality of the work.

Third time using Metro. When my latest issue came up, Metro arrived quickly, got measurements, returned 2 days later with custom fit window installed and out the door in 10 mins. Awesome!

Working with Metro Windows was great. I broke a storm window and Sam came to my house, looked at the window frame, gave me a quote (that was very reasonable). Next day Sam returned the window and allowed me to pay via card over the phone. It was a good experience and a good value.
