The practice has delivered successful results, with beautiful teeth transformations. However, some clients have experienced negative interactions with the receptionist and office staff, who can be abrupt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Despite this, the practice has its shining stars, such as technician Ana Marie, who have provided exceptional care and kindness. Overall, Merrifield Orthodontics is a well-run practice with skilled professionals, but may benefit from improving its front desk staff's customer service skills.

Both my kids go here. Dr Jones and her team are excellent and caring. You don’t feel rushed and especially caring for sensitive kids. Very please& recommended!

Dr. Jones is awesome, both of my kids had braces with her and they both have had amazing results. She and the entire staff are great with kids, and polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs to get orthodontic work.
