The nurses were nice but the doctors were terrible. They disregarded everything I said and did not want to look into myissues any further. Waste of time and money. I would NEVER recommend this place to my friends or family.

They make you wait just to bother me, I saw nurses walking around doing nothing with their cell phones, and patients waiting. And that I went to collect only some results of nothing, they made me wait 1 hour and 38 minutes, without exaggerating. Bad experience

Horrible, I arrived at 1 and it was 5 in the afternoon and they didn't even attend to my son. Horrible place and if you ask how long you have to wait, the consultation is very few and very expensive, they take advantage of the people.

The service is too bad, the receptionist never told me that I would have to wait three hours and when I asked her how long I had to wait she told me that she had already told me that when that never happened they have no manners

First time, Dr. Bronston was very nice and helpful with my problem. The problem is the rest of the people. The receptionist is the worst, they need to hire another one. She use my credit card and charged an Incorrect amount and then she refund the difference in my card at the same time..The problem is that she didn't say sorry ,she keep just saying there is your refund like nothing happen. She is really rude , no maners and try patients like trash!. I won't keep a person like that with zero education and lack of courtesy manners at the front desk.

The secretary's attention to making an appointment is not professional, very despotic and very rude, I don't know if that's the doctor...

I like it a lot, they are very friendly and the best thing you can do is arrive without an appointment, they will take care of you ????

If you don't have insurance and will be covering the cost of your visit out-of-pocket Dr. Zia is the one to see! I’m privately employed and currently without health insurance, and Dr. Zia has been such a caring doctor! Not just nice, but you can tell he sacrifices a lot to make sure people who struggle to afford healthcare (like me) can be treated at an affordable price. Like waaaaay more affordable (half of what other doctors in the area charge as of Sept. 2018)! He is kind, asks questions, has a vest of different cell phones to keep track of everything and he’s always super busy. I don’t speak Spanish, and the clinic is geared towards this, but it’s totally fine, the staff speaks English too, and they’ve always been knowledgeable and friendly - plus I like watching the Spanish soap operas in the waiting room and trying to guess what they’re saying by the dramatic music and body language :)The receptionist told me the practice is open for walk-in patients as well, so you don't necessarily need an appointment, but it's a good idea to have one because they’re usually busy unless you get there early in the morning. I’ve waited up to 2.5 hours on a Saturday (it was flu season). The waiting is never an issue for me, because it’s the care and the very low cost that make it busy - and that should be understood. They don’t allow scheduling appointments on Saturday’s, it’s walk-in’s only.
