This is a fantastic place. Very friendly and kind staff, and their monthly wheelchair rental is a really good deal (not much more than the weekly rate). You can park in back and enter through the back door if you have limited steps.

I can't praise this company enough - I rented a hospital bed for my mother's post surgery recovery and it was delivered and installed 24 hours later by THE nicest man. We were going in a million directions that day and he calmly set it up and taught us how it worked. I called today to arrange pick up tomorrow and had a great conversation with the manager who answered my questions and helped with a billing issue. If I ever find myself in need of medical equipment, this is the first call I'm going to make. Period.

Process was quick and easy!! Was able to rent a lightweight wheel chair for my grandmother who came to town! It was about $60 for a week- great price! The seat was perfect for her and she appreciated it. It fit in the trunk of my Toyota Corolla and was light! Highly recommend :)

They were wonderful. My aunt who is disabled visited for several weeks over the holidays and we were in need of a wheelchair. They delivered the chair. It was clean with all of the parts necessary for functionality in the house as well as out in the community. They even made sure that I knew that renting for a month was much cheaper than the two weeks I needed. Plus they set up a delivery and pick up great service.

We found out 10 minutes prior to my father being released from the hospital that the doctors recommended a walker. After a quick search I reached out to Medical House Supply and inquired about their tru[es of walkers and most importantly, if they had them in stock. The store personnel was so helpful, patient with my questions and told me they had what I needed in stock. I arrived within 30 minutes of my call and walked out with the walker. Very impressive store and great people.

I needed a wheelchair on very short notice and on the weekend. Rockville Medical Supplies was open but closing in an hour. I arrived, ws quickly helped, and walked out with what I needed in no time. Aman took time to talk me through several options for my situation and price matched the item. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This place is amazing! We had a recent medical situation with my mother and needed a lot of things this month for her care. We got the transport wheelchair we needed and a rental lift chair delivered, among other things. Our timing changed, our needs changed, and they accommodated us beautifully every time. The place isn’t fancy the they have what you need and the people are both helpful and competent! Highly recommend!

Medical House has been one of the best businesses I have dealt with EVER. I have purchased numerous items from them for my elderly mother: power chair, hospital bed, recliner lift chair. In each instance, they have been fair, honest and reasonable. For example, my mother's new recliner/lift chair recently stopped working correctly. Even without an optional warranty, they acknowledged they had recently sold this chair, brought in a (brand new) replacement lift chair while getting the manufacturer to send replacement parts. Then, again without any charges, they returned the fixed chair today. The staff and management have shown true compassion, sensitivity and understanding towards the elderly and towards humankind. I can not recommend this company any more highly.

I recently had surgery on my foot and, due to my own naivete about how much difficulty it would cause me, I was not prepared. I made several trips to Medical House and was treated to helpful and friendly service each time. I tried and returned things without hassle, and was given courteous assistance as I hobbled around on my crutches and/or knee scooter. I had been there before seeking help for my parents and I will continue to return.
