Excellent service, even on a rainy day. We went in to get a host gift and they replanted it in one of their pots as a courtesy. Very knowledgeable and helpful here. Can’t wait to revisit next time I’m in town. Thank you. :)

Great Nursery and helpful staff! They offer a great deal for re-potting a plant you already own. Came on a weekend to buy a bigger pot for one of my dracaenas. For a small fee the staff carefully removed the plant and roots from my old pot, transferred it to the new pot, and added some of their soil. I even got some additional tips to keep this particular plant healthy. They also helped carry it back to my car since my plant is quite large. Highly recommend

My go-to for garden supplies and plants, the quality is super high and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Parking lot is very convenient and we love Shrek.

1. The landscape designer had an issue with me wanting to change plants to those that I prefer.2. Day of install, 26 June, plants were missing. Some plants appeared to be one plant divided by 20. My thought was they would fill in over time3. 27 July, we see back half of landscape lights are not working. Now we decide to reach out about the lights along with plant concerns because, of course, we purchased their insurance to cover any mishaps.4. 28 July, I let them know about the lighting and other concerns. 29 July, they replied via email saying the warranty department was running two weeks behind. 12 July, I followed up; no reply. 17 July, I as told the inspection order was just submitted on 13 July. The matter was elevated and now I am told to expect a call on 18 July. Will see what happens and post an update.

We had a pretty off putting experience with the designer Judy Brown. She met my 6 year old and I at a job, and her energy was just off. She insisted my daughter call her "Mrs.Brown" instead of "Mrs.Judy", she drew up a design for our consideration but would not allow me to take it home to share with my husband. Judy indicated people steal her designs?!?! It's extremely reasonable to expect consumers to spend 15k on landscaping without having an actual visual to marinate on with regards to the purchase (all sarcasm here). The lack of transparency provided real red flags for my husband and I. Anyhow- Judy followed up with us a week or two later. I told Judy that my husband needed to have a visual of what she was proposing. We agreed to meet during the weekend (because again, people steal her designs so she must guard them as if her life depends on it), I did not get back to Judy on an actual time for 15 hours. When I finally figured out our availability and circled back around to her... she indicated she was not interested in the work and asked I call her office so they could "reassign" us to another designer. Instead of reaching back out to the office we interviewed and hired another company who was more transparent throughout the design process and did not treat us as if we were not to be trusted. Considering the interaction had with Judy Brown I would not engage with this company in the future. From reading other reviews we are not the first to have an off putting experience with Judy Brown. I would not give our money to a company who in essence encourages Judy's poor behavior by having "talks" with her whenever she behaves inappropriately.

I am a totally blind individual and I have been going to Meadow Farms for several years now and I have found the entire team to be exceptional. Yesterday May 4th 2023, I had a delivery by Josh (one of their delivery drivers). He was fantastic. He truly cares and he had gone the extra mile to see that all of my needs were met. I cannot say enough positive's for both Josh and this nursery. I only wish that I would not have to pay $80 each time I wanted to get plants delivered. Thank you very much Meadow Farms for your service and can-do attitude.
