LICE! GOT LICE FROM THE MATTRESS! Bought a floor model like an idiot. What was I thinking buying a floor model mattress from a basement in Falls Church?! I was desperate, and it cost me dearly. Should have just kept sleeping on the floor. Ugh!!

Salesperson Ayinde was very helpful and patient as he walked me through my options. I tried a number of options and found one that works. The process took a long time and he was courteous and professional throughout. He did not pressure or try to upsell me, just helped me find what worked for me needs.

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge of the beds, Amir helped me find the perfect bed and was not pushy at all! He remembered that I didn't want a memory foam bed and that I wanted a firm mattress. He was very informative of all the options and my experience here was absolutely perfect. I get my new bed delivered tomorrow and am glad I don't have to spend my entire day bed shopping. Thank you Amir!!!

I was in near closing time and was desperately looking for a reliable, affordable, and a quality mattress. I sometimes am skeptical of being upsold but Bilkis understood and got straight to the point and recommended quality mattresses near my price range! I was in and out and was impressed by her level of service! Got my mattress delivered within the night, shoutout to William! Someone get Bilkis employee of the month!

I came in to check out mattresses and was pretty set on purchasing one here in the following week because of the great reviews but… when the manager asked me “so you’re not purchasing one today?” and I confirmed, she immediately turned away to ignore me while I was still sitting across from her at her own desk and she got on her phone. It was sooo weird and pretty disrespectful actually. So I have no issue going to purchase a mattress somewhere else. 3 stars for the kind gentleman in training who was helping me before bringing me over to the “manager”.
