There is a mistake, and I was charged for the monthly insurance after a total loss with my vehicle (GAINSCO). Initially, I was very upset, but Mark handled the call very well and was able to get me a resolution! I had spoken to 5+ previous agents who continued to give me a run around. Mark was understanding and was fast, thanks again!!

Logged on to State Farm today to shop around. My session timed out, and as expected, got a call from Mark. He was pleasant, and worked with my budget to be sure I got a quote I was comfortable with that included the coverage I was looking for. I purchased a new policy with him on the spot. He's super easy to work with and recommend him to everyone!

Was with my old insurance company for years. Rates kept going up and had some issues lately. Called Ben and Max from State Farm and they walked me through every step, very easy and quick. After comparing State Farm to my old insurance I couldn’t believe how much I was going to save. Call them for an easy quick quote. Thank you Max and Ben.

We filed a claim (our first with State Farm) when our water heater burst and flooded the finished portion of our basement. Within 24 hours of filing it online, a State Farm claims agent contacted me; the adjuster called me the next day, scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. Shawn quickly evaluated the damage and what was needed to resolve it and developed a detailed estimate. We had our money the next business day. Prompt response, client focused process, accurate, detailed, evaluation, fair damage reimbursement quickly. Our repairs will be complete within 2 weeks of the event.A big thank you to the Hennessey Agency and State Farm!
