Contacted this Tow company and got a quote. Asked if he can do better and he quoted a higher price as if it was a game. Could have said no and I still would have asked for his service but man decided to do bad business. Don't let the rating fool you, most are old.

WORST COMPANY 1st lets talk about how unprofessional and disrespectful he is say one price and than when he shows up another,,, and very rough with the car just showed up very confrontational or could possibly be drunk either way will never call again!!!!

Called this company for a tow .they gave me a price ok..Then after the hookup they come back with a totally different price 3 hundred more BAD BUISNESS dont recomend this place to NO ONE

I gave the exact mileage I needed a price quote on. Instead the person who answered the phone decided to get fresh with me because I didn’t answer her when she asked from which city. I’ve been calling tow companies all night and know they only need the mileage travelled to give a price quote. But instead the person who answered the phone wanted to be argumentative. If you’re ever in an emergency situation this company will be more focused on the wrong pieces of information.

We returned from our trip to Washington, D.C, to our car at Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and found out our car was completely dead! I called a few places - some kept ringing without answering, and others were pricey. When I called Little Man Towing & Recovery, he answered on the first ring, gave us a better price, and was there on time. He checked our battery and after a few failed attempts to jump-start the car, he told us that the battery of the car was completely dead. Rain and night were upon us, so he then offered to drive me to get a new battery. He then helped me replace the battery of our car using his own tools. We were able to drive home. And the great thing about this whole experience was that he didn't charge us extra money and refused to take any tip. What a good guy! We were so thankful that we called him instead of other highly-priced towing comps. I highly recommend this guy to anyone stranded with car issues in Northern Virginia.From Virginia Beach*Service: Battery service
