An inexpensive market with an excellent bakery offering freshly made goods, but expect a very aggressive crowd in the early morning weekend hours.
I was nearly knocked over no less than 5 times this morning by an abnormal beast in the form of a man who continuously stalked and shoved his way in front of me as I was making my selection, and then turned around and gave me dirty looks again, and again and again, before I finally fired one back and he strangely disappeared.
It was a gross act of bullying by a complete stranger with no reason, and both of us were lucky that I didn't end up on the floor.
Also expect to wait in line for a while, because there is usually only one cashier ringing up customers and at least one shopping hoarder in front of you.

If you shop here on weekdays during the PM rush hours, be prepared to be pan-handled INSIDE THE STORE by this blonde woman who hit me up for cash. I went to the front to buy her a Lidl gift card so she could buy some food. Anyways, that’s one thing you might see here.
This Lidl is otherwise, well-stocked, well-organized, clean and with efficient check-outs.
I do wish they had a self-checkout though. But maybe I missed it.

I shop in Annandale LIttle River Tnpk location.
Cleanliness is Ok, Price is good. Freshness of seafood varies. Could be better. No self serve registers. Sometimes long lines to wait. I recommend shop for good price.

Lidl is a well-known German supermarket brand recognized for offering a wide selection of reasonably priced groceries and home goods. One of its notable features is the "tastes of the world" section, which showcases imported products at very affordable prices. This particular Lidl supermarket in Northern Virginia is one of the largest in the area and is conveniently situated with ample parking. While most of their products are affordable, the quality can vary, with some items offering good value for money, especially in the home goods and essential products categories.

I have been to this store on 07/07/24 brought bread and some fruits. The bill should not more than $20 but surprise to the bill is more than $40 . I was in front of cashier and checking bill there is unknown item Vienna Lager 12 and price is $19.98 and asked her where is this item ,why did you charge me ,she says I don’t know and she called her manager he did not buy that item but it’s charged her manager refunded the money . Please be careful do due diligence your bill in front of cashier before leaving the counter.

Plusses:
1. Friendly and helpful cashiers
2. Fresh baking
3. Lots of parking
Minuses
1. Limited selection, even less than Aldi
2. Regular stockouts, especially towards the end of the weekly ad
3. Using the app is a pain. Just give me a fair price and let me pay. I don't want to deal with yet another app.

I have been to a few of these stores, but today was the first time that I have been to this location. It has actually become my go-to grocery store when I'm not purchasing organic food items. The prices here are super low, and that is my main motivation for continuing to shop here. I needed to pick-up some regular grocery items to hold me over for the next few days. The half gallon of whole milk was priced really low at $1.57, and I also got some raisin bran cereal for the mornings. I also saw some boneless chicken breasts, and I went ahead and added some pasta with spaghetti sauce. Their bakery is pretty extensive, so I also purchased a container of Aegean pasta, and 2 tomato olive focaccia breads. The cashier who checked me out was nice this time, which isn't always the case at other stores.

Worst location ever. Rude cashiers… I had bad experiences multiple times. The first time going there I had my cart full as I was doing a big grocery shopping for my move in , I spent 2hours grocery shopping and at the cashier they didn't take Apple Pay. My sister had to pay with her card. And the second time I made sur to have my card with me and the capital one wasn’t working! While the entrance signage says they take all master card visa and Apple Pay . They need to put a signage mentioning that they don’t take capital one and Apple Pay to prevent these incidents to happen . Tried to contact store management with no answer
