I picked this shop through my auto insurance- and the shop is supposed to contact the client to schedule an appointment by one business day. I called and left voicemails asking to schedule an appointment for two weeks with no response, before I had to contact my insurance and ask to switch to a different shop. Not picking up the phone or returning my call for two weeks was too much, and it’s overall delayed my car repairs.

I was recently in a minor car accident, and I went to Koons Body Shop for the repairs. They did a great job in just a couple days - the repaired portions of the car now looks better than the rest of the car from usual wear and tear - and they were very helpful and friendly. They also cleaned the car (inside and out) before we picked it up. Will definitely return if I need body work in the future.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a business in years. They appear to be paying for positive google reviews. Communication is terrible. They get your car and then you have to hound them for updates. Still having trouble with work that they did over a year ago. This location could benefit from customer service training and a basic understanding of service recovery. Refused to take any ownership for their botched suspension work. Classic bait and switch. They are polite on the phone but once they have your car expect rude, unhelpful interactions. Avoid this place if possible.Services: Tires

Terrible experience. Do not use. I took my vehicle there for repairs after an accident. I have since return four times to repair multiple issues which were never properly repaired. The last time I called regarding one of these issues they sent me to the dealership that wanted to charge me to diagnosis the issue. After watching a three minute YouTube video I realized that they had set the battery on top of the rear ac drain line causing the car to get filled with water and mold. Stay away at all cost. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their customer service.

Worst experience ever. They ordered a part for my truck, employee told me it would take 2 days to arrive. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting for it. Not even an apology for their incompetence. Never again

Awful! I had an appointment scheduled at a certain time and then CANCELED my appointment less than 15 minutes before the appointment time! They delayed my appointment by an entire week. STAY AWAY!!!

I went there because I was referred by gecico for one it took almost month weeks for me to get my car back over bumper cool ! parts I know how it is. The bad part is communication just basic communication I wasn’t told when they started working on car the status I had to keep calling. I finally call and she tells me it’s ready great I go to check my car no one is there even there go over the car. The car was not done the car had parts didn’t even fit. I left message to have them call me the next day I call after not getting a call back and she said that she got the technician to look at it what she told them to look at I amNot sure this takes another two weeks with no updates I had to physically go to get update. The point of this I will not use this place.I even emailed the manager and he didn’t responded. When I went to get my car there was no receptionist I had to wait for 40 mins to get my car.

I had a very bad experience with this business and wasted a lot of time. My car was in an accident and Geico initially set me up with this body shop. I had to deal with not only incompetence, but also dishonesty. My car had a wind noise coming through front passenger door after they botched the initial repair. They claimed to test everything on the car multiple times, and even attempted to gaslight me into believing the sound was normal. I called Geico and took my business elsewhere. Caliber Collision analyzed the botched job and found that the wrong screws were used during repair. They also located the wind sound and resolved the issue.Service: Body & Trim

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Worst vehicle experience I have ever had. Took weeks to paint the trunk of my car, returned my replacement windshield with tree sap stuck all over it, they "forgot" to work on the roof while they had it. Just terrible service. Go anywhere but here.Services: Painting

This place is the worst that can be in the DMV area, my Geico insurance sent my car to this auto body shop to have my car checked, if that's how it can be said, they disassembled the car for the estimate and in the end, since I didn't want to fix it there, they delivered it to me with a big hole in the left side of the bumper and now no one is responsible. the person in the lobby with an attitude and very aggressive. Don't go there, it's the worst thing you could do. Geico sent me to this business for estimate and took forever to answer me, let me know and damaged parts that were not damaged before. If you come to this body shop you will spend more money than you are supposed to. I do not recommend this body shop.

If I could give them negative stars then I would. The customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever received and after 3 visits and more than 10 phone calls over a period of 5 months - no one ever returned my phone call to assist in even booking my collision repair.This place was recommended from Koons Arlington and after my experience, I would rather drive to a different state to get the repair done so that I never have to deal with them again. Not only did no one ever call me back but they never followed up with me regarding the estimate that I requested. Completely unprofessional and though they said Jerry was out for 2 whole months, they should have sent me to another person to help but they never did, or wouldn't. This facility should seriously be investigated.Absolutely a joke of a shop.

These guys are great. Communication is key when getting your car fixed and they do a great job with that. Great job. It's as if nothing happened! And they definitely checked all their work. If I need to get something fixed, this is the place to go.
