It took them almost one month to fix few scratches on my car bumper. First time they painted a wrong color, second time they fixed the color but didn’t fix the minor dents and third time they replaced the whole bumper and didn’t bother to wash the car after job was done. I never had accident in 20 years of driving and it was my first experience with a body shop and I really hope this is not how things work in this industry lolz. Despite all, technician Moe was helpful during the one month adventure to fix the few scratches on bumper.

They do not keep their word that they provide a very bad service. I have not been able to get my car for almost a month.

I've never seen such a bad service. It's been exactly 1 month and they still haven't repaired my vehicle. They don't call and give information. And when I call, they don't answer. I'm not satisfied at all. If there is another alternative, please go there. The employees of this company are abusing their duties.

My Geico insurance made me leave my car there. By the time my car was ready they told me they were staying Friday until 6pm even when it says online the close time is 6:30 I got 5:50 and it was closed ! not a single person around. I called they said I could pass by Saturday the hours were suppose to be until noon but again they were closed! Even when their answering machine says they are open from morning to noon. I had to gave back the rental car and stay carless until Monday when they finally were open. Also the young girl at the front desk not nice ? Bad experience for sure ! Don’t go there if you have a choice

3 years ago, a woman side swiped me and USAA (her insurance company) sent me to Koons in Falls Church. On the COLDEST day of the year, I picked up my car. My mistake was not walking around to make sure the paint job was complete. Once I returned to work, I discovered the paint was still scratched. I returned to Koons and was told "we have no rental cars. We'll call you." They never did. I called, wrote, emailed ... Koons never got back to me - for 3 years. I finally got in touch with Jerry the service guy, and he now insists that they are not responsible. I must have done the damage myself. What a piece of garbage excuse. The bottom line - they refuse to repaint the scratches in the door caused by their employee parking too close to another vehicle in their shop. Yes, I should have inspected more closely - but it was 9 degrees outside. They should honor their work and the mishaps of their employees. Just be warned.

This was the absolute most horrendous experience that I have ever had with a business. This establishment has awful communication, professionalism, and service. If your insurance tries to send you here do not accept it!!!
I got into a minor accident on January 22 and my car was towed here due to my insurance on the 24th. My car was not checked into their system for five days, during which time I called them several times and left several messages that weren't returned. I ended up showing up physically and they lied to me saying that they had just called me and left a message.
I continued to call the office a total of 22 times throughout the course of my car being there and maybe 4 of my calls were answered and then I was promptly redirected to another line that didn't pick up. I left upwards of 10 messages throughout these calls and only one single message was answered via email with minimal detail. The receptionist, Jessica is often rude and short. After much waiting, on the Wednesday before I was told my car would be done at the end of the week I asked if they could call me back with a more exact time when my car would be finished, she simply replied, "no." She also once again lied and said they had just tried to call me.
Not surprisingly my car was not finished until the very very end of business on Friday night, so I arranged with Jerry that I would be by on Monday on my way home from work to retrieve the car and he promised that it would be available. When I arrived the office had unexpectedly closed early for a meeting, but the one single kind employee that works there let me in to get my car. Jerry proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be able to turn on the computer to give it to me and also that even if I could get it, the battery was now dead and my gas tank was completely and totally empty, despite me giving them the car with a working battery and a quarter tank of gas. They did not think it necessary to notify me of this ahead of time, during the almost month in which they had my car to replace my tire, do my alignment, and some minor repairs. They did however, once AGAIN lie and tell me that they had tried to contact me.
I told him I would be back the next day at the same time to get my car. I came back the next day and once again the business is closed. I knock on the door and Jerry lets me inside and I insist that he gives me my car today, as I have been waiting for a month and was now promised that I could get it back more than three times and had run out of rental coverage, He refused and I once again insisted. He told me that he would call the police if I took my car and then proceeded to do so (despite me NOT getting my car) and told them that I had unauthorized entrance to his business, although he had unlocked the door and let me in. He then refused to speak to me, and went outside while another employee came in and got us checked out with absolutely no problems whatsoever, and I got my car and left.
Overall, not only was this egregiously rude and unprofessional, it also caused me great amounts of emotional distress to be treated so heinously after simply asking to be treated like a human being and patron of this business. Not only should you be extremely wary of patronizing this business, I truly believe that they should be shut down and insurance companies need stop sending clients here. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I urge anyone with similar experiences (which, judging by the reviews there are many,) to do the same.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! It looks like the only way they can even manage to get business is on account of insurance companies having a working relationship with them and sending claims their way. IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TRIES TO SEND YOU HERE TELL THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT. Point to all the reviews here and tell them they are not a reputable business. They never answer the phone, never call you, lie to you about the status of your vehicle, lie to you about the way they treated your vehicle, and lack basic business practices and totally void of any customer service. 0/10 NEVER COME HERE!!

I picked this shop through my auto insurance- and the shop is supposed to contact the client to schedule an appointment by one business day. I called and left voicemails asking to schedule an appointment for two weeks with no response, before I had to contact my insurance and ask to switch to a different shop. Not picking up the phone or returning my call for two weeks was too much, and it’s overall delayed my car repairs.

I was recently in a minor car accident, and I went to Koons Body Shop for the repairs. They did a great job in just a couple days - the repaired portions of the car now looks better than the rest of the car from usual wear and tear - and they were very helpful and friendly. They also cleaned the car (inside and out) before we picked it up. Will definitely return if I need body work in the future.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a business in years. They appear to be paying for positive google reviews. Communication is terrible. They get your car and then you have to hound them for updates. Still having trouble with work that they did over a year ago. This location could benefit from customer service training and a basic understanding of service recovery. Refused to take any ownership for their botched suspension work. Classic bait and switch. They are polite on the phone but once they have your car expect rude, unhelpful interactions. Avoid this place if possible.Services: Tires

Terrible experience. Do not use. I took my vehicle there for repairs after an accident. I have since return four times to repair multiple issues which were never properly repaired. The last time I called regarding one of these issues they sent me to the dealership that wanted to charge me to diagnosis the issue. After watching a three minute YouTube video I realized that they had set the battery on top of the rear ac drain line causing the car to get filled with water and mold. Stay away at all cost. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their customer service.
