Great customer service. Staff was sure to keep me updated very helpful. Made certain I had the correct needed service and maintenance. Calling to confirm my appointment and service the day before to make sure that the time and date of appointment was updated in the computer and all wanted service request were added to the appointment.
Reminding me of coupon options and helping me find the one I wanted to use so I did not have to search my phone.
Then keeping me updated as my car was being serviced and being kind and courteous from the moment I stepped on the lot. Service did not take all day they gave an accurate time estimate which was greatly appreciated and service center was not packed. I liked that there was out door seating available. And the option of a shuttle to pick up food or walk near by if needed.

These five stars have to be bots or fake reviews. I was hit with every single slimy tactic that gives dealerships a bad name.
-“If you leave now you’re never getting this deal.”
- “We need to feed our families so you need to be reasonable and pay the higher price.”
- “we’ll get you to a $250-$300 per month payment but we can’t tell you the APR and we don’t want to talk about the main price.”
- “you need to cover the $2K of work we had to do on the car before even putting it on the lot because it was too dangerous to drive.”
- “there’s tons of scratches on the car? That’s your problem, not ours. We won’t do anything about that.“
- Good cop/bad cop between the salesman and sales manager (really guys?)
- refused to let me look at the quote for more than a minute
Dodged a bullet by walking out. Do yourselves a favor and don’t come here.

Fred was fantastic! Very professional and detail oriented. Would highly recommend him and Koons fall! They were jam packed on a Saturday and even gave us opportunity to come back to the facility to get car detailed!

William was incredibly helpful! After bad experiences at other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and personable he was. The car had a small cosmetic issue and the dealership agreed to completely fix it without me having to spend anything out of pocket. Everyone was very helpful and great at communicating in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Still waiting on my tags and registration. I keep calling and calling and no one seems to know when I will receive my tags. My temporary tag expires in 2 days. I've called the tag dept several times with no call back. When I first bought my car they promised to deliver to me because I live over an hour away in Maryland. Failed to deliver. Lies, deceit just to make a sale. I put large downpayment and after the sale, seems like no one cares. The finance manager Shant Yousef was unfriendly, told me he couldn't give me my 48 months according to my calculations because the bank system was not accepting it in his computer. Baloney. I asked for the lowest interest possible and he gave me the highest. I am a responsible car owner. This has been by far the worst car experience I have encountered. I will never return to Koons Falls Church after this. Beware.

Brian Nguyen has been very good/concise in providing a breakdown of all service needed to keep my vehicle in top shape. He’s been very accommodating & patient in answering my questions relating to my vehicle and even taking a further initiation to make my service process smooth. Highly recommend.
