To be honest, during my 1st service experience it was disappointing. My service advisor was excellent but the actual service done to my vehicle was quite disappointing. My car did not start up when the went to get the car from around the back. I get home and cut off the vehicle and it does not start again (for a 2nd time since picking up the vehicle). This was not an issue prior to bringing my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Resulted in me paying $202.00 for a new battery. The service department never acknowledged this after I made them aware of this. Very disappointing.My vehicle alignment still appears to be off after being “fixed”, which was an issue when I purchased the vehicle July 2023. Again, a fee I paid for out of pocket and the car still veers left.The oil life reading showed 8% percent on the display screen, and none of the fluids were topped off. So the oil change was not done completely.I felt like I was taken advantage of and the overall work of what was done was not transparent at all. I am disappointed to say the least.Spent over $900.00 out of pocket for maintenance and service that was supposed to be covered (not counting my deductible). No oil change performed, and the vehicle does not appear to be properly fixed with the alignment.Also, do not have any paperwork / receipt of the “work” performed. No print out or even an email provided to me as proof of what services were done.Tito W.

I recently had a big service performed on my 2016 Expedition at Koons Falls Church and the service was great as always. Mr. "Buck" Bouchard was great! He kept me well informed on any services needed for my truck, especially since I purchased it used with a lot of mileage on it. I still have a couple of more service visits to go, but luckily Buck laid out a plan on how I should proceed to bring everything up to par. Thank You Sir!

Posting review on behalf of my boss, as I am his personal assistant. Boss dropped his car August 14, gave the technician the insurance information and told them if they did not pay it he would pay out of pocket. He has been a customer for 60 years and runs three companies. Dropped car on Aug. 14 Transmission needed rebuilt, they told him it would take a week to 10 days. He never heard that many lies in 60 years. 54 days later the car was finally ready. They waited 38 days before even contacting the insurance company and they kept giving him the run around. From day 1 until the car was finished he got nothing but lies. When he finally picked up his car, the service manager Jerry said “there’s your key, I quit” and he left. He called the general manager and area manager and they refused to talk to them. He also tried to find someone in the Koons family and no one would contact him back. As a long term loyal customer he should have been treated better. I also reached out to Koons several times on his behalf and kept getting the run around as well.

It’s was my bad experience I entered to the dealership 09:40 Am and 12:30 Pm they return me the key back, it’s usually to be done within 1 hour time frame.During routine maintenance they didn’t wash neither they vacuumed my car even there were no plastic cover or temporary mate they use for cleaning purposesThey front desk attendant behavior so aggressive and I found him not friendly

I had a great experience from Tabitha scheduling my appointment to my service intake person keeping me abreast of the status of my Ford Escape. It was a blessing to be serviced on time and out earlier than expected! I received wonderful service from all. I forgot to mention the gentleman that assisted me when I arrived at 0645. I was planning on doing some maintenance on my car- I went in for a diagnostic to catch anything else that may be wrong or needed attention while I did the maintenance and mechanical work myself. When I made the appointment I was told it was going to take an hour (which would have been outstanding and crazy fast compared to standard diagnostics tests). Made an appointment and took it in at 8:30am the next day. Dropped it off and got a text from the dealership that they would update me and to text that number if I had any question. Around noon that day I texted and asked for an update, got no response. I texted again later and again no response. I called in the afternoon and they told me they had not received any of my text messages and that the car won’t be ready until tomorrow. Timeline was miscommunicated, but hey not a big deal tbh. I called again the next day and they told me it was ready so I went to pick it up. Got home and noticed a scratch that was fresh by the gas tank. I called to get this addressed and mgt was going to call back. They left a voicemail and I called back but no answer. This issue is unresolved (assuming they are gone for the weekend). AFTER all this, that’s when I get a text message saying my car is ready for pick up….Deshaun, the individual that assisted me was outstanding and great when I dropped off the keys in person. This has been, as of to date, the reason why this is not 1 star.9/11/23 UPDATE: Have heard back from the dealership, will be taking a look to see if it’s a repair they will be willing to fix. As far as the diagnostics, mike answered all my additional lingering questions that I had before I start the maintenance.9/25/23 UPDATE: Mike took a look at my car as soon as I was able to bring it back in, answered all my questions once more (and then some) and took care of everything. Process was seamless and easy. Will be getting it repaired with no hassle.

Process was seamless and easy, the whole office was on point with the customer service. Robert was attentive and professional. They called me a Lyft to and from my home to pick up my car. Will definitely continue to have koons service my Ford.

Took the 2017 Mustang GT in for a "Charging System Service Now" message that had been intermittent and became constant. Technician checked the full charging system and tracked down the issue to a connector on the alternator and replaced the connector and not the full wiring harness. Service rep kept me updated daily and got the job done by the end of the week. Very happy this was resolved.Service: Electrical repair

Very nice staff. Take care of cars well, and really try to tell you all of their options before moving forward. They are usually very busy, so getting a hold of them is difficult at times.
