I just moved to the area and was nervous to find a new hair salon…one visit here and it tops my precious salon experience! I came in for highlights and Sandra explained everything she was doing in great depth, as well as provided hair care suggestions specific to me. She was so kind and I genuinely felt she cared about providing an end result I would love. I love how my hair turned out and will absolutely be returning!!

This place is so amazing that I feel it necessary to post again! I have fine hair- as such, it is difficult to find a hairstylist who knows how to cut fine hair in a way that makes it look voluminous. Sandra can do it! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have her in Arlington- and at an affordable price! Plus there is free parking!! There is no one else I'd go to in the greater DMV area for my haircut. Thank you, again, Sandra!

Went for a cut and color. I’ve been coloring my grays at home for years and my hair needed help. Sandra knew exactly what I needed and listened to what I wanted. Love my color and cut! Will be a repeat customer.

I have been going to Sandra for 15 years now but this is the first time I took my daughter. My daughter wanted purple and I was really worried about harsh chemicals ruining her hair. I have seen her friends’ hair ruined from bleaching at other salons. Sandra did a phenomenal job. She took her time and advised against some internet ideas so my daughter’s hair stays healthy. The photo doesn’t do justice to the final “purple effect”!

This hair salon is the best.! I found Karinas Hair Salon online and decided to give it a try. 4 years later and I am here every 4-6 weeks. If you're looking for a quality haircut and a quality person i HIGHLY recommend coming here. Whether its for a mens haircut or a womans haircut, you will enjoy the results. 10/10. She is very nice and always holds a good conversation if you are up to it.

This place deserves zero rating. The owner is horrible in terms of service. I had an appointment with them for 4:30 pm. I was running 7 minutes late so I had called 3 times before my appointment got cancelled. Karina the owner did not pick up my call. Arriving 7 minutes late to the store, it was empty, no customers. The owner looked annoyed when she saw me and said the appointment was canceled for no show but I did not even tell her who I was. I told her I had called three times and this was her lie saying she didn't receive any calls because she always picks up when she does. I was like okay let me show you that I had called. Showed her my call list and again she lied of not receiving my calls. So I said let me call you again and I did. The call was under my husband's name. She said "oh the call was under the guy's name" I told her yes it's under my husband's name, we share an account . She asked if I could reschedule I said no. I had two appointments with her one at 4:30 and the other one at 5:45. She canceled both. Horrible experience, it looked like she didn't want any business. Looking at the online reviews I wanted to give this place a try. According to your comment; I had called 3 times to let you know I was running late due to traffic. But, you did not pick up my calls when you had the phone on your hand when I arrived. It did not make sense when you said I didn't receive the calls because it was under someone else's name (I'm under my husband's phone account). If you want to make business you should always pick up calls. Not once did it not come to your mind that the call could have been from the customer. I took a 30 minute drive to your place just so I could hear you be spiteful . I was really looking forward to this place. Thanks for your unpleasant service and experience.

Very nice on point with the appointment, great with kids and patient with my kid who can't stand still . My fades come out on point she will not disappoint very recommended .

I got a perm and cut here. Everything was great! I loved the way it turned out and the stylist was totally happy to do a few adjustments at the end that I requested. Very chill and personal vibe. I definitely recommend.
