I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.

iTouch Repair repaired my iPhone with a quality LED screen. I was skeptical at first because of my earlier experience with an earlier iPhone with other repair places. The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment. The repair itself was painless; it was done in under an hour and there's shopping at Whole Foods across the street so I got to use my time efficiently. Quality, convenience, and professionalism. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience here, service was quick and my phone had a new screen in under 15 minutes. The woman behind the counter even drove to another facility to pick up the right screen that I needed, drove back to the shop, and stayed after hours to fix my screen. Also amazing communication and quick responses. All served with a smile, would recommend.
