After a tax pro at this office reviewed and submitted my taxes, my state return was rejected. It's going on three months and the issue hasn't been resolved. I've already paid them for my state tax submission, yet they told me my only option to fix the rejection was to come back in and pay another $45 to submit a paper copy of the rejected state returns.

After several years and bad experiences with another H&R Block office in Arlington, we decided to try this office. Google reviews were high for this office, and it turned out to be right. Esha is a highly competent and knowledgeable tax preparer, specializing in small business (which we never had before). Esha is highly efficient, organized, and both personable and professional. We're definitely coming back again next year!
