Not a free checking account. You need to have to maintain direct deposit or they will charge you a maintenance fee. My account was drained by them $500. No transparency!!

Financed my auto loan through them. Multiple errors setting up auto pay. Very disorganized. A few hardworking people work here and are keeping it afloat. They are helpful if you go into the office for help in-person. Forget getting help over the phone. Not to mention recurring fees galore.

Be warned, this is The worst banking institution!!! I've been without my atm card for month and I've called several times and spoke with a Trineice and everytime she says shes going to fed ex my card to me. I have yet to receive my card until this day. I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone for the last 30 mins now but it keeps ringing. I've never heard of such a thing from a bank. I will be going up there today to close my acct!!

Customer service is horrible information is not correct most often. It differs. One person is very very nasty and vindictive. I’m glad I only use one service from them now. I use a real credit union NFCU for planning banking loans and all else. Caveat Emptor fellow employees
