The staff at HT pharmacy is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. Outstanding service from everyone. I want to especially mention Mary and Michael. They have gone above and beyond to resolve issues with our insurance and pa’s and making sure we have what we need. I never had this kind of service at our last pharmacy. Again, all the staff are wonderful, but we are particularly grateful to Mary and Michael!

I was gonna say "be careful" when buying pies or cakes because you never know if your gonna get what's labeled on the box.. but I was careful, I checked the labels and signage expecting to get an Apple Pie.. it was a cherry pie, see photo.. very disappointed

Post-pandemic hours are 6am-11pm, no longer 24-hours.Great produce, very fresh. Store is always organized, clean, well-lit, well-stocked.

Worst experience at Harris Teeter ever!We normally shop here as regular customers and Instacart shoppers as well as other Harris teeter locations. What happened tonight changed our perspective of this store. We were shopping for Instacart tonight and had a prepaid barcode which the cashier scanned before scanning all the items. The cashier named Jeni (who has been serving Harris teeter since 2021, as per her name tag) showed a lack of knowledge on how to properly checkout an Instacart shopper. After she scanned all the items, she asked for a form of payment for which we had already advised her was the barcode she scanned in the beginning and that should have taken care of the payment as well. She kept asking for two different bar codes to scan as well as to swipe a card. We had to keep explaining to her that the form of payment was only barcode she scanned because it was an online order that was already prepaid. She then proceeded to show unprofessional behavior by escalating the situation and suspending the whole order. She wanted to restart the transaction by rescanning the code which doesn't work twice. She started arguing and started getting hysterical. She finally called another employee to come and review what she had done. This employee named Yeme noticed right away that her colleague didn't start the transaction correctly. She showed knowledge and respect towards the situation. We kept patiently waiting in silence while Jeni kept trying to finalize the transaction the wrong way. As she stood in front of us she kept mumbling things under her breath while we were trying to contact Instacart customer service so they could reactivate the code. Jeni left us without telling us where she was going and then Ms. Yeme got called to help another customer in the self checkout. Jeni then appeared with some man that didn't introduce himself. He came with an angry temper and she then proceeded to tell him how she didn't want to let us walk away with stuff that we hadn't paid for (Keep in mind we weren't shopping for ourselves, we were shopping for Instacart and at no point we wanted to walk away with anything. She made it sound like we wanted to steal things). He then told her that this was the computer that "always" gets frozen and that she will have to use another computer until we fix our issue. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager because she was already wasting our time. Then she said he is the manager, Menur. The manager didn't try to help us or Jeni who clearly had no idea what she was doing. The manager told Jeni she had to put everything to the side until we could pay for the stuff. Jeni grabbed the cart and told us "you're going to have to reshop for everything" while pulling the cart away, to which we asked her to not put things back because we were just waiting for IT to reactivate the bar code. The manager rudely told us we had to pay for the items or we couldn't leave and then walked away straight to his office. Jeni kept walking away and mumbling things about the situation trying to get us to react. She kept talking behind us to other employees while there were other customers around. This was very unprofessional of her to treat her customers this way. We finally got the barcode reactivated and went back to ask for help. Jeni refused to help us and sent Yeme to help us. We were honestly happy Yeme came to help us instead. The whole transaction went very smoothly with her. She was very kind and professional the whole time she tried to assist Jeni and also when she checked us out. I noticed Ms. Yeme has been serving Harris teeter since 2022... She has less time working there than Jeni yet she was more knowledgeable and showed leadership skills when she tried to apologize for the whole situation even though it wasn't her fault. She showed patience, respect, and compassion. She clearly tried to put Harris Teeter in good standing. Then, towards the end of the transaction, Jeni tried to apologize for what happened. It works here and there. One thing HT does well is quick lunch meals. They won't be the cheapest, but are good for those in a hurry. Depending on sales you might catch a deal. Yet be wary. More often than not, you'll pay more than you intended to. There are cheaper competitors, that offer the same for less. Customer service here is very good. No doubt their produce section is attractive. They have a good variety. Also I'll say the cleanliness is appreciated. If you're in the area check it. For my purposes it's a quick meal place.

The sushi here has zero variety. They make the same like two rolls everyday. I even tried to request one off Harris teeter's sushi menu one day and the guy straight up said "No". Whenever I go to different Harris teeters WAY more variety and they're always willing to do their job and make roll requests.

They have the worst customer service. The customer service manager has the worst attitude. She acts like she is better than you and doesn't even speak when spoken to.

On Saturday February 4th, 2023, I stopped by this particular Harris Teeter because it's located so close to the Navy Federal Credit Union that I bank at. Everything went well until it came time for me to check out. I approached a cashier's line and noticed that she was prepping her paper bags for customers that want their bags doubled, no problem. I waited patiently but what got me was that when the cashier turned around and saw me, she immediately rolled her eyes, continued doubling her last 2 bags and then she reached for my cart in order to begin scanning my items. There was no greeting just a question about preference of paper or plastic. She was extremely rude in this silent transaction and that's something that needs to be changed.

Prices consistently ring up higher than what is advertised on the shelf with the VIC card. Without fail, if I pick up 3-5 items on sale, 1-2 of them will ring up at regular price. I put up with it because the location of the store is convenient, but this problem has gotten worse over time. The attendants and cashiers used to do a quick override to fix the price difference which is annoying in itself, but now they will argue with you instead of doing a price check with their own eyes and instead try to argue with you until you give up -- unacceptable. On top of the price issue, I have been sold expired food here before. Always check the dates of perishables at this HT location.

The Teet, as we like to call it in my fam. I will go here only for certain items & because the ABC store near this location alway has my Pastis, lol.I do like this store & they recently did a mini makeover to the layout so it has a nice sparkling appeal. This particular trip there was nary a shopping basket in sight & I was only getting a few things. The produce section, deli, bread, bakery and meat counters are all very nice & they have a decent selection. Quality seems to be fresh & good. Oh, and lets not forget the wonderland of the beer & wine aisle! Quite a lovely variety if I do say so myself.My negatives with The Teet is that they are priced higher than most of the other local grocery stores to the point where I now circle back to the fact that I only go here for certain items coupled with the Pastis next door. The sore has a sterile vibe and the employees are robotic except for the nice lady at the deli counter & wish I knew her name to give credit where is due. Also, the self check-out is always a clusterquack (you know what I mean) with constant lines & only one robotic employee to assit with the registers.Note: There is plenty of parking & they do take plastic bags for recycling but the receptacle is often full.

A very friendly staff and the best pharmacy in nova. They work with you if you have any problem. That alone is worth 5 stars

Outstanding service and very kind pharmacists. I have been getting prescriptions from this pharmacy for several years. I have filled several medications through them that have to be custom ordered or specifically compounded by them and I have never had an issue with getting them filled. They are always on time with my prescriptions and service is very fast.

Just passing by but sick looking woman sitting on higi machine using as an extra chair doesn't make me want to use the machine... Not that she should have to stand, but make room in other chairs?
