Good store for good prices on common and some specialized tools. I've owned and used some of their tools for over a decade and haven't experienced the "Harbor Freight quality" of having any of their tools break or bend under even normal use.
My only complaint would be that some tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers) are only sold in sets rather than single items.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and will go out of their way to help.

Yesterday my fìance & I were in Harbor Freight (I attached the location screenshot) & i’ve always heard of these “gap finger” tests for mirrors but never seen one in person. I ran into one yesterday & as you can see it isnt a normal mirror you see the glare of the rod on the wall aswell which isnt normal for a actual mirror, my fingers should be touching eachother when touching a mirror, there was a “staff” room behind the womans bathroom only…. the door was locked when I tried to open it to investigate myself… be careful ladies cause idk what malicious things goes on at this location? this is very strange to me, my man plans on calling the corporate number tomorrow & reporting it. Any feedback back?? Harbor Freight id look into this

Norma, the manager in charge, is clearly not interested in customer service. She has the "I don't care" attitude and she is not the least interested in customer satisfaction. I needed a package of sanding disks that are sold in a package of 5. The store had only 1 and it has been opened; Some shoplifter stole 2 disks out of the 5 leaving 3 . I asked for a %50 discount since almost half of the 5 disk are missing. The cashier called the manager for approval. Norma, the manager, did not even say hi but immediately said that she can only give %25 off even though that I am getting almost half of what I am supposed to get .She clearly prefers to throw away the vandalized package than to satisfy a customer. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a much higher quality disks for about the same price.

Harbor freight alone is a good store but the staff at this store is amazing. Any time you have a question the staff is eager to assist. One employee has been particularly helpful, this guy is awesome, he’s always helpful and the reason why I’m taking the time to write a review.

Harbor Freight is a good place for cheap tools. Sometimes they last, sometimes they don't. I brought an airbrush set up from here. A part was bent and I tried to order a new one because the instructions had the part numbers. Alas they didn't sell it and it was beyond the return period so I had to throw it away. I hate being wasteful.
They have coupons sometimes. I used one to get a tool bench that's held up pretty well.
