Terrible experience on several occasions and won't return. Try anywhere else..
The check-in process is embarrassing. Computer terminal broken on the last two occasions and no other method to get through a queue. Hair stylist are fair, but the price does not equate to the quality of service.

One of the worst place to go to for eye brow waxing. Ms Kim was the one who ruin my eyebrow on the day on my most important function. One of the other stylist bothered to even help me out either. I’ve always got complements for my thick long arch shaped eyebrow which was ruined by Ms Kim who made it short and thin on one side and long and thin on the other side. She also kept complementing my how thick my eye bro was and made it thin despite me telling her I just need the extras taken off. One of the worst experience ruining my entire frame of my face and confidence. Never go here for the eye brow waxing.

Namaste & Salaams & Hola! — Gotta luv finding a local Hair Cuttery where smiles abound, friendly chatter keeps the vibes fresh, and everyone walks out with an amazing new look! At a low-cost, too! #AngelStylists ?
I always enjoy trying a new location to get my haircut. (For my son, also!) And why not? At my current age, being now an “empty-nester”, for the sake of holding onto some youthful fun, what better options are available anyway??? ✂️ ?♂️
Ms. Linda “Xin-Chao!” spent a good amount of time asking me my desires/needs, and she gave me also her personal professional recommendation. With patience and affable grace, she took to my lengthy mess… and in a short, dutiful time, I looked up to her mirror… and saw a younger, brighter me!
Parking is free. Wait time was zero. And you, me, every & all good peeps are guaranteed to be pleased, or they will make it right! ☝️???

Horrible, booked an appt for 5:30pm and they basically told too bad because whoever the other stylist was there left. Instead of calling or cancelling my appt I drove there with my 2 kids for their appts. No accomdations were made besides sorry not our problem.

Why have I been going to fancy overpriced salons for years? The best haircut I've ever had was here with Linda. I've seen her a few times and each time it's perfect. I feel beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment online. It's super easy.

Kim and Terri are in my heart for life. They go above and beyond. Their service is unprecedented. I went in to donate my hair for cancer (anyone can do it) and Ms. Kim ended up being a cancer survivor. My father passed at 52 from stage 4. Ms Kim is an inspiration.

I believe it was a big miscommunication between the stylist and I but she barely looked at my reference photos I spent 2 days looking for.I thought it would grow on me but it hasn’t.The first two are my references and the last one is the cut I received. And It was a big chop for me like 4-5 inches.

Linda is an excellent stylist. She takes the time to listen to what I want and offers options for what works best with my type of hair. I would highly recommend Linda.

Just called to see prices and to possibly set up an appointment and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude.

Hair Cuttery just keeps getting better! I was taken care of by Linda, a very intelligent, charismatic, kind, welcoming, friendly, talented and sweet Hair Styling Professional. I would definitely like to come back again to see her for more hair care services! The Hair Cuttery salon was clean, inviting, relaxing, and well stocked with the absolute best hair care and hair styling products you could find. Thank you! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am sorry to say that yet again I have been given an awful haircut. I asked for a straight cut no layers, and somehow the woman heard me say layers lots of them. My hair is so awful that the bottom half is now 2 inches longer than the top half. I’m literally skipping School tomorrow.

Unfortunately didn’t get the names of each but the taller of the two stylists were amazing, helpful and patient. The shorter stylist…we had an issue.
I took my mom and grandma to get their hair done and the shorter stylist whispered at the shampoo bowl “Give them a blow dry. It’s cold”. I thought it was super sweet and caring. She never asked me if I wanted it, my ladies normally don’t get them so I thought it was a complimentary offer to take care of a client.
When I was being charged, it was $30 more than I expected. I inquired and she (shorter stylist) said it’s for the blow dry. I said I didn’t ask for it and was never consulted (my ladies have Alzheimer’s and have difficulty making decisions). She then turned to the other stylist (taller) and said “don’t do the blow dry” (she was half way done). I told the taller of the two to finish and turned to the shorter and said all I’m asking is communication and letting people know you’re now charging more even tho you didn’t ask me if it was ok. You can’t just decide between stylists to charge more without consulting the client or caregiver.
She offered a senior discount but didn’t tell me how much that was. I said again do what needs to be done I’ll go elsewhere next time. I explained again it’s not the fact of being charged for their work but the fact she didn’t ask to do a hire service first and she only talked to the stylist…not me.
She rolled her eyes and said she took the charge off ONE. I said fine, paid and left a cash tip (which I asked her to share) and she ignored me sitting at the computer not talking to me anymore
The cuts were fine, the taller stylist was great and made my elder grandma comfortable. But the attitude with lack of communication and charging more when not consented to is upsetting. I’m honestly glad I was there as my first thought was how often does this happen when someone is blindsided.
If offering a blow dry to make sure elders don’t get cold that’s super thoughtful. But not talking to the caregiver, the client or wherever and only whispering to another stylist is not ok.
Please address this, and I’m happy to speak to anyone if needed to answer questions. Hair cuttery used to be so much better and about the client. But the secret charge and bombarding with product is turning people away
