I really like this store, good prices and good selections. However the one thing I couldn't find was a loaf of bread that is labeled "lite" which is 9 carbs per slice.

This is our Go to Giant! Our cashier was amazing and helpful. His interactions with the customers show he goes above and beyond. I’m upset with myself because I lost my receipt and forgot his name. He did indicate that’s he’s a student of Liberty High School and 17 years of age. His name starts with a M. I have been to this giant regularly for the past 28 years always a nice experience.

Edit: was at 2 stars, dropping to 1 due to the terrible, generic response by "owner". Better to have not said anything than to disrespect me by telling me I need to waste my time trying to find reasonable prices on their website instead of addressing the core issue of their price gouging. If you're willing to sell a product at a particular price point, than why would you put an artificial barrier in place that only infuriates the customer? What do I have to gain knowing that you would sell me a product at a reasonable price, but chose to make me jump through hoops to get it? Very disrespectful.
Good: Usually well stocked. Decent variety of products.
Bad: Horrible prices. $10 for 1.3 lbs of ground turkey, $2+ dollars for a single pepper. The price of Whole Foods, but the quality of a low/mid level chain.

I often get Curbside Pickup because I'm immunocompromised. I do my shopping by computer and drive to the curbside dedicated spaces for pickup
Ordering is not always easy. I wish Giant would fix some of the glitches in their program. I'm able to choose whether or not I want substitutes if an item is not available. Staff often calls me if they are unsure about a substitute item.
I use their app to notify them that I'm on my way. My groceries are delivered to my car almost immediately and their staff is pleasant and polite.
I'm not going to say that my orders are always perfect, but they are usually very good. If I've had a problem with anything I can call their Customer Service line and they give refunds.
This whole process, although not perfect at times, allows me to continue to shop.

Coming here all my life. Some days it's SUPER busy. But we frequently weekly. Stock is almost always pretty full. Parking can be a pain sometimes but that's alright. It's a convenient walk to the stores across in the strip mall.

I don’t appreciate standing in a check out line, just to be told by the cashier I needed to go to another lane because HE didn’t speak English. What the heck is that about? This is America. Why can’t the cashiers speak English? This is stupid and unacceptable and I won’t be coming back here.

I really don't feel that passionate about grocery stores but I do appreciate places that make things less complicated.I like that there are live cashiers versus self checkout at this Giant most hours. That's a good quality to have. ✅They have a great Latin American food section. ✅Their frozen foods section has a lot of variety. ✅However, something that makes me go ...Why are a lot of the sale items out of stock? ❓
